We stayed at this resort for 2 nights and the experience was great. We had our 2.5 year daughter with us and the front Desk Manager Sand was very helpful and genuinely addressed our needs couple of times. Resort facilities were great and breakfast was very delicious.

The hotel is beautifully presented and in a great location and the pools were great. The staff were happy to help when we requested something. However there were a few things that impacted our stay. -When we arrived the dishwasher was full and needed to be unpacked. From previous guests -the air conditioner wasn’t working (staff promptly fixed) -when I climbed into bed at 10pm On our first night the bed was wet there was a damp Patch in the middle of my sleeping side. The staff brought up sheets and offered to change the sheets or move our room but with 3 small sleeping children that wasn’t an option. And making my own bed on holidays annoyed us on my first night. -during our staff there was a group of youths running the halls. They banged on our door and scared our children. They were disturbing people in the hotel lobby and I feel security should’ve been increased during the school Holidays if this is a regular occurrence. They were around the complex for most of the day.

The property and room itself is lovely . However there are no services. No housekeeping. No restaurants and no bar. This was disappointing.
