Disappointing Experience and Health Concerns

Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed account of your recent stay. We sincerely apologise for the deeply disappointing and concerning experience you and your family endured during your time with us. What you’ve described falls far below the standards we strive to uphold, and we’re truly sorry that your stay was impacted by these unacceptable conditions — particularly the cleanliness and mold issues, and most importantly, the health concerns that arose for your son. We understand how distressing this must have been, especially during a long trip with family. We also acknowledge that while efforts were made to relocate and address the issues through additional cleaning and room changes, they clearly did not go far enough to resolve the problems. Your feedback has been taken very seriously by our management team, and a full investigation has already been initiated. We are currently reviewing our housekeeping procedures, maintenance protocols, and ventilation systems to ensure no guest has to face similar conditions moving forward. Please accept our sincerest apologies again, and thank you for bringing this to our attention. We’re truly sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations, and we want to extend our sincerest apologies for the discomfort and inconvenience you faced. From the moment you entered your room, you should have felt welcomed and at ease, not met with a musty smell or a dimly lit space. We are truly sorry that you experienced these conditions. A clean, well-maintained, and comfortable room is the bare minimum we owe our guests, and we clearly fell short. The issues you raised regarding the lack of hot water and poor communication from our front desk team are especially troubling. You deserved not only a functioning shower but also a thoughtful and helpful response when you asked for support. The condensation and lack of ventilation you encountered are unacceptable, and we understand how frustrating and unpleasant that must have been. We are currently reviewing the room’s ventilation and insulation systems, and taking urgent steps to prevent such conditions from affecting future guests. This is not the level of service we strive for, and we want to assure you we are addressing these concerns with the maintenance and guest services teams immediately. Please know that we are taking your feedback seriously are we are committed to making the necessary improvements. Thank you again for your feedback.
