Perfect location for a winter holiday in the sun. Great location, views, rooms, and service. I have been here 2 years in a row, and will be back next year. Close to bars, extensive dining, beach, shops, etc. General servoce in Mooloolaba is very friendly and relaxed, unlike other areas in the Sunshine Coast.

We were very happy with our one-bedroom ocean view unit, large lounge/dining area and separate bedroom. It was a joy to sit on the verandah viewing the ocean and the esplanade. The unit was set up for eating in but the only cooking facility was a microwave. Bathroom was large with a washer/dryer. The shower was over (the spa) bath but had a grab rail. We did not need to use the air conditioner. Apart from TV access, there was only one power point in the kitchen and one in the living room, the latter powering a much need lamp and behind a very heavy coffee table. The only other downsides were the noise from the adjacent unit's door opening/closing and that the bed was too soft for our taste. The Mantra is well located on the Esplanade offering easy walking access to beaches, restaurants and shops.

The location, amenities and staff were great, I've given a 3 rating because the noise within the room was really, really loud, the "in room" A/C was industrious and the noise from the Roof Mounted AC/Refrigerator units at the Coles supermarket directly adjacent to the room made it virtually impossible to sleep, the windows in the room only had venetian blinds, as such the night lights from surrounding buildings and street lights made it pretty miserable, we virtually did not sleep and came away exhausted from our stay... Im sure if you had a room that was better positioned with a quiet AC, some proper curtains, you would have a great stay, unfortunately for us, it wasn't.

2 grandparents, 1 nine year old grandson and a wonderful time by all. It rained but did not damper our spirits. A fabulous time at Wildlife HQ with a reptile encounter, a visit to the Caloundra Air Museum and hours in the indoor pool what better way to spend time together with icecream, great cafes, friendly people and views that stretch out to sea.

Ho soggiornato per tre notti con mia moglie. Più che un hotel sono mini appartamenti con una buona dotazione generale. La struttura non è recente ma è direttamente sul lungo oceano. Buona la piscina con acqua molto calda (addirittura fastidiosa quella dell'idromassaggio) le camere sono abbastanza vecchiotte ma con tutto quello che serve. Bellissimo il panorama dalle camere vista mare. Prezzi alti ma forse perchè era il periodo di Natale. Da sottolineare che non rifanno le camere in quanto non un hotel ma un residence
