My mother looked after my two kids there for three days while I was in the area for work, and they never went more than 500 meters from their room. Got the three bedroom option, so lots of space for us all. So many great options for street and restaurant quality food and drinks, things to do like Sea Life, swimming at the indoor heated pool or at the beach, bungee trampoline and kids play area, speciality shops as well as ice cream for when they were all puffed out. Chilling out enjoying the ocean views at the end of the day tops it all off. Enjoyed the spa and very handy having the washing machine and dryer options in the room. Have stayed there half a dozen times before, and it wont be the last.

All the good things are thanks to mother nature- the hotel needs a total refurbishment

Well first the good things; the location is the best spot in the whole area, right bang on the most beautiful section of the coast looking into the pine trees and the ocean rocks, being able to watch the waves crash on the rocks and beach, the sunrise and sunset, the colours of the sky it's gorgeous, also the people watching and movement there is always some thing going on, it's fantastic really the best location to access the walking and cycling paths. Also the mantra is connected through the lobby to the coles shopping complex, this is unreal and convenient at all times every day. The car parking underneath is free and plentiful and spacious for all vehicle types and secure. The reception/lobby is large and open very resort style and nicely done, the girls at reception are also professional, friendly and helpful and flexible , great service thank you.That's where the good stuff ends.The lifts are not operating in full when hotel was fully booked, long waits at all directions. The apartments are all individually owned this is a recipe for disaster as the hotels booking system and the staff will not tell you which apartments are lovely and clean and nice and new its up to the gods to get one of those or else you end up in the old worn out out dated apartment, and being an accor member does not influence this at all.  This kind of business model is hopefully on the way out , all owners should be pressured to update the apartments as required to maintain the standard across the whole building.To be specific the bottom of the doors are warped and worn with pieces broken off, the tiling is from another age and needs to go, any potential the rooms have is lost in the ancient floor coverings- gross and filthy, the old air con system, they need ceiling fans throughout this is QLD after all???? right its never cold???? The furniture is really horrible  we cannot believe that they allow all these aspects to continue making money from people, the lounge/coffee table/tv unit all bad.The kitchen stools and bench are new all ok but the fridge which is a mini fridge no real feezer , no oven , no cooktop, there is a limited use microwave not a fancy one.Balcony chairs and tables all ok. Front loader washing machine ok.This property misses out on the opportunity to be the special one on the strip, plenty of gardens and outdoor space , great rooftop area really special but the accomodation is unacceptable. The TV is hideous, get rid of it and connect foxtel for all guests FOC even basic motels on the bruce highway offer this.We would like to return BUT ONLY AFTER A FULL REFURB that can be verified before booking.

We stayed in one of the 2 bedroom penthouses and it was lovely. Very well-maintained unit. Stunning Views. Comfortable apartment with lots of extra pillows and blankets. The view from the bathroom was great too! Very old TV is the only let down - we travel with our firestick so putting on a movie for the kids was easy enough but it would be difficult without it unless you have dvds. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to make dinner or breakfast. In the main hotel the games room for the kids was disappointing. There was nothing that wasn't a "need to pay for" arcade machine and they only took coins. A bit dated for 2024. The indoor pool was great though. The outdoor pool looked lovely too but we were there in July and it was very cold. There is great playground opposite and the rock pools were great for looking for critters. Lots of choice for breakfast / lunch / dinner downstairs.

A location like no other and views of a beautiful beach location on point 😍

If you want a nice relaxing family holiday this is the place to go! A beautiful accommodation with spectacular views and the best location on the strip. Friendly staff and so welcoming Definitely will be returning to Mantra mooloolaba beach!

Ho soggiornato per tre notti con mia moglie. Più che un hotel sono mini appartamenti con una buona dotazione generale. La struttura non è recente ma è direttamente sul lungo oceano. Buona la piscina con acqua molto calda (addirittura fastidiosa quella dell'idromassaggio) le camere sono abbastanza vecchiotte ma con tutto quello che serve. Bellissimo il panorama dalle camere vista mare. Prezzi alti ma forse perchè era il periodo di Natale. Da sottolineare che non rifanno le camere in quanto non un hotel ma un residence
