A potentially good place but unfortunately let down by age, lack of maintenance and atrocious service.

Hi Philip, I was very sorry to read of your disappointment with your stay. Our aim at Sebel Twin Waters is to exceed the expectations of all of the guest that stay at our resort however I can see that we have fallen short in this instance.
