Just received your email (via Hotels.com) regarding the pool closure & renovations (including noise warning). With all due respect, we would have never made this booking if we were provided this information upfront and considering the pool is a listed featured for the stay and in ALL of your imagery I would like to request a full refund. How could you do this to people? I'm done with the Mantra brand after this shady interaction.

Posizione perfetta, abbastanza vicina da poter raggiungere a piedi il lungomare e i giardini botanici/Mindil Beach e lontano dalla zona rumorosa della città. Camere ben attrezzate ed eventuali problemi risolti al più presto. Splendide viste dal balcone della costa. Piscina favolosa. Il personale della reception è cordiale.

Staff on the day were amazing but we paid to enjoy a day at the pool and the pool area was closed due to renovations!!! We booked this room for the pool area to relax and spend a nice day for my birthday so we are very disappointed and feel ripped off for not getting what we paid for!!!! I would like to raise a further complaint

A great location in the cbd, walking distance to so much. Check in staff, very friendly and efficient. The rooms are clean, modern and reasonably spacious. Most recently had a balcony overlooking the city and water, loved it. Definitely worth a visit.

Do not be fooled by all the photos - the pools shut for seemingly endless construction, though still advertised. False advertising, breach of contract terms and consumer guarantees. Tried to contact the hotel (there's no email) and got no where with my enquiries on the phone regarding a refund. Google Reviews are deactivated - this is all so obviously by design. Immediately after paying look forward to an email saying the pool is unavailable during your stay and the place is going to be a building site with loud tools in use. They have disabled their Google Reviews in an attempt to cover up this scam. The shady & down right fraudulent manner in which Mantra Pandanus Darwin conducts it's business is laughable. Happy now Terrence? See pictures.
