Worst hote I ever stayed at. Lobby dirty and super gross. Only two elevators running. Rooms subpar. Bathroom floor gets super wet after shower And becomes muddy until dry. Super noisy hotel with kids screaming in rooms and ohtside noise keeps you up.

We arrived in Adelaide late morning off The Ghan and were pleasantly surprised to be able to check in around midday into apartment #117, just for one night. Very spacious apartment, well appointed with a balcony and outdoor seating. Breakfast was included . Central to walking to town, Botanic Gardens, Art Gallery and the Zoo. We had a delicious dinner at Von Thai restaurant, but make sure you make a reservation for a Saturday night ( we managed a table outdoors, weather was perfect!)

Excellent location if arriving with a car and needing secure car parking

Another excellent stay with our car. Being two blocks south of Rundle Mall and east of King William Street means less traffic flow hassles when entering and exiting the hotel’s carpark. Our two bedroom one bathroom suite was spacious, with a kitchen equipped with crockery and cutlery for four people. Level one has a guest laundry with washing machine and dryer. At time of visit each machine required $3.00 in coins ($1 and $2 coins) to use ( washing powder available from Reception), operating times 7am to 10pm). The rooms on level 1 appear to have full balconies. Our suite’s balcony opened onto the front of the hotel, furnished with table and four chairs. Solid partitions separated each balcony from its neighbour.

This is a great place to stay. I had the studio suite and for just me it was plenty big enough. It came with a decent sized bathroom and a large balcony. The kitchen facilities were basic, but for a few nights it was all I needed to heat up a few meals in the microwave and a fridge to keep my beer cold. I really liked the location too. I walk out the front and then only 2 blocks away from great pubs and eateries, Rundle Mall, and close to a Coles supermarket. The best thing about this hotel was the service. They went out of their way to help with any request. For example: breakfast was included in my rate, yet I had to go to work early every day before the breakfast dining area opened. So each morning they would have a breakfast pack waiting at reception for me with lots of goodies for me to take to work to enjoy. I highly recommend this hotel.

What a lovely tidy hotel. We stayed here on on our annual fringe visit. Staff were very efficient and professional when we arrived with a minimum booking time. Found our room easy and the rooms were clean and tidy. Very spacious and we got lucky to get a lovely view.
