Good afternoon Yuge, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear that your stay did not meet expectations, this is not the experience we aim to provide for our guests. We appreciate you raising your concerns, particularly regarding the bathroom window privacy and room condition. I will pass your feedback on to management so we can review this and work towards a suitable solution. We understand that some aspects of the property are dated, and please know we are actively working towards improvements and refurbishments across the hotel. Feedback like yours is valuable in helping guide where we focus our efforts next. We also understand how frustrating limited parking availability can be, especially when travelling with family.
