The level of service is pretty poor for Accor. We paid 275 for one night. For just a few extra I recommend sofitel instead. Breakfast could be better. Also you don’t feel welcome by the staff in here. They tried to charge us 20 AUD extra for checking out at 12 without checking whether I was an Accor member (which is free of charge if you are). They also blocked my partner from getting to the gym at 11am and the staff was rude to her. We had to argue at the counter which is quite unpleasant. Also be careful they charge 45 for carpark.

Dear Arnaud M, Thank you very much for choosing to stay with us and for sharing your feedback. I’m sorry we didn’t live up to expectations on this occasion. This contrasts with the overwhelming majority of the feedback we receive so I will investigate this further. In regards to the extra charge for the late check-out, this is common practice in the industry. You are correct is saying that our members receive late check-out but on this occasion you booked through Booking.com and therefore do not receive the member benefits like late check-out, welcome drink, complimentary upgrade and 5% discount on rate. As you booked through a third party website your booking will not link to the Accor Live Limitless profile you have in our system. The Duty Manager you spoke to at the time, searched our system and extended the late check-out as a courtesy and I can see that you checked close to 1pm. I’m very sorry that you felt the team member was rude, I can assure you this will be followed up. In regards to the gym access, as you had a departure on that day, the security system will deactivate the key at 11am as you hadn’t previously organized a late check-out. My apologies if this wasn’t made clear. We do indeed offer Valet parking for $45 per night which is in-line with other hotels in the city and is clearly advertised on the website you booked on. For a more economical option we also offer a $30 self-parking option. Please accept my apologies for our short falls and I hope we can welcome you back when you next visit Adelaide. I've had to cancel and rebook my reservation a couple of times, and each experience at Peppers Waymouth has been increasingly delightful. Having stayed there twice, I can confidently say my stays keep improving. Kylie has been exceptional, providing prompt and seamless assistance with rescheduling my accommodation multiple times. Friendly staff, the room was very clean and the beds were comfy. We have a buffet breakfast each morning which had a great variety of hot food and cereals. Hotel was in a good location Check in and check out was easy. Parking was across the road, it was $60 for us to park over 2 days.

Excellent stay. Very enjoyable. Highly recommend.

We were very satisfied with our stay. The room was lovely and very comfortable. The restaurant was excellent. Both service and food. The staff who checked us in and out were fantastic. Very friendly and welcoming. We have stayed at many Accor properties and this is a standout for price and comfort. Thank you.
