The pool area has been completely transformed and redesigned to include a 'water blade' water feature from the pool bridge as well as two new poolside decks that provides more space for guests to utilise during their stay with us.

We spent a week at the Mantra French Quarter hotel in Noosa Heads & we were really happy with our stay. If you're looking for luxury 5 star accommodation, this is not for you BUT the rooms were clean & large, the staff were very friendly & the pool was really big. It was a 5 minute walk to the main street (Hastings Street). We asked for a quiet location away from the pool & we got just what we asked for. The cost of the room was very good compared to surrounding hotels We have no complaints at all & will definitely stay there again when we next visit Noosa Heads.

Needs a refurb

Overall we had a good stay. Bad points ; The car park wasn't easy to find arriving in the dark! No full length mirror. Poor design. Can't fully open washer lid as it hits drier above, have to hold it while loading washing. Can't see TV properly from one side of sofa as breakfast bar partly obstructs it. Hard to stand at sink without hitting head on cooker hood. Poor worktop space. 2 coffee tables, when there's very little floor space, makes them a trip hazard!! When I booked a one bedroom apartment I confess I did expect more space although the bathroom was a decent size, as was the terrace but the general living space was very poorly designed and small. Thankfully we weren't in the apartment very much! Also the building had glass blocks through to the outside in the bedroom and bathroom, therefore natural daylight was impossible to block out! Lounge vertical blinds were tatty and the general feel was that it's in need of a refurb or at least a lick of paint. Moans aside the location was perfect, it had a lovely pool area, friendly staff, and was generally well equipped. Good shelf space in the bathroom. The bed was very comfy and it was quiet to sleep. Internet was stable.

Tiny unclean rooms

Check in took so long and they were very unorganized. When we arrived in our room it was dirty with many things broken in the room. We stayed in a 2 bedroom and it was so small. Overall the property was just grubby and looked untidy You need a step ladder to get into the bath which has the shower in it. There was could like black in the bath. The fridge door was broken with no shelves

The cleanliness and condition of your room are deeply concerning. We strive to maintain high standards, and it is clear we fell short. I apologize for the uncleanliness, broken items, and the inconvenient setup of the bath and shower. These issues should have been resolved before your arrival, and I regret that they were not. We are currently working on a refurbishment project with our unit owners which includes removing this spa bath and giving our rooms a fresh new look which is something we are very excited about. The condition of the fridge is unacceptable, and I am sorry for any inconvenience this caused. Our maintenance and housekeeping teams will be made aware of these issues to prevent them from recurring. We appreciate your candid feedback, as it helps us identify areas that need improvement. We felt very welcomed right from the get go, staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was located near Hastings St with a balcony view. Restaurants right at our doorstep. Only a 30m walk to the beach. Right next to the national park. We had a two bedroom apartment after receiving an upgrade. The room smelt fresh immediately as you walked in, it was very clean, king bed was comfy and sheets were clearly freshly laundered. Towels nice and fluffy. We were surprised to find the outdoor pool was heated...winning! Also two warmer spa baths, just perfect for relaxing. Thanks Mantra team we loved our stay!

Noosa playa con olas

Nos gusto mucho las comodidades y la ubicación del hotel/apart. Están muy bien equipados como un departamento con lavadoras y cocina con heladera. Si uno desea puede pedir comida y cenar sin necesidad de tener que volver a salir después de un dia de playa. Esta ubicado a 100 metros de la playa de la zona donde mas actividad hay. Muy divertido surfear y disfrutar del sol. La zona de negocios comienza en la puerta del Mantra y son 5 o 6 cuadras con tiendas y restaurantes muy lindo. También se puede tomar el auto e ir a otras playas del otro lado de la reserva, las olas son mas importantes y es especial para surfear.
