The pool area has been completely transformed and redesigned to include a 'water blade' water feature from the pool bridge as well as two new poolside decks that provides more space for guests to utilise during their stay with us.

Det var en god lejlighed, med alt hvad der skal være og i god stand. Vi havde udsyn ned til poolområdet som var super. Hele bydelen er der fart på og hyggelige butikker. Stranden var super fin og der var da også mange surfers. French Quarter ligger centralt og kan virkelig anbefales.

A lovely stay again. We love being so close to the beach and the national park. And we love the pool. Thanks Celine and Mantra reception for assisting us with grocery deliveries and other stuff. Beautiful newly renovated room. See you next year.

The accommodation was clean and spacious with a functional modern kitchen. It came with two bedrooms which was convenient as we were family. Modern bathrooms and toilets. Tiled flooring throughout. Large balcony overlooking a large pool area. The lounge area was large with comfortable sofa and coffee table. You could get connected to Netflix on their television if you wanted to. Free wifi which is very important to us as we use it all the time. Easy walking distance to the main shops, restaurants, cafes and most importantly the beach. There is a club in the Main Street too. If you love shopping, Noosa is the place to come to.

Location great but accommodation was not

Good: the location and reception staff. Shower pressure. Bad: One br apartment 201 was well below par for above par rate. Sofa smelly, grubby and uncomfortable. Decorative pillows on the bed so smelly we had to put in a seperate room as the smell had also gone through the apartment and sleeping pillows. Humidity can only be blamed for so much. Bathroom floor had long black hairs over floor and shower, corners and edges dirty and smeared. Freezer needs defrosting and the ice was only partially frozen. Wifi wasn’t the best, but ok. Very bad: the noise. Advertised as soundproof rooms but the walls are paper thin. Could hear the conversations of other units and loud occupants above us. We understand renovations 9-3 weekdays but we were woken up by management and tradies loudly talking in the shared area at 6.30am. So much for a sleep in on holiday. No one asked us how our stay was when we left which was unusual. Overall an old tired and dirty room which should not be booked until renovated. I cannot believe this is an Accor/All property. We are members and booked for our 40th wedding anniversary and was very disappointed.

Renovation works are necessary to improve our facilities, but we understand how vital it is to minimize disruptions to our guests. We will review our communication and protocols to ensure that guest comfort is prioritized, especially during early hours. We regret that we didn’t inquire about your stay during check-out. This missed opportunity to address your concerns in person is not reflective of the level of care we aim to provide. We sincerely apologize that your experience did not align with the standards you associate with Accor/ALL properties. Nos gusto mucho las comodidades y la ubicación del hotel/apart. Están muy bien equipados como un departamento con lavadoras y cocina con heladera. Si uno desea puede pedir comida y cenar sin necesidad de tener que volver a salir después de un dia de playa. Esta ubicado a 100 metros de la playa de la zona donde mas actividad hay. Muy divertido surfear y disfrutar del sol. La zona de negocios comienza en la puerta del Mantra y son 5 o 6 cuadras con tiendas y restaurantes muy lindo. También se puede tomar el auto e ir a otras playas del otro lado de la reserva, las olas son mas importantes y es especial para surfear.
