Very noisy!

The apartment was nice and the location was great but our whole holiday was ruined by the noise from the kids in the pool. There were screaming kids and toddlers in the pool all day long. We were unable to relax by the pool or relax on our balcony which overlooked the pool. Don’t come here unless you want to be in a crèche environment.

A Disappointing Experience

Having stayed in this hotel 6/7 years ago my wife and I were looking to staying again. I requested a room towards the front of the hotel this time and upon arrival we were given just that , room 123 facing Hastings Street. The unit was very tired and in need of an upgrade. We were unable to open the ranch-slider to the little deck area without filling the unit with cooking smells obviously emanating from Bang Bang and Aromas kitchens, not very pleasant to say the least. The bathroom similarly had the cooking smells and the one window had a faulty catch and was slightly ajar and couldn’t be securely closed to avoid the smells. The coir type mat in the lounge area in front of the TV had a nasty prominent brown stain on it which also a turn off. We stayed 7 nights and not once was our room serviced despite our booking confirmation stating that “rooms are non-serviced unless staying 4 nights or more”. There was one TV control which had Netflix and YouTube but neither was available . The tap over the sink in the kitchenette was loose , again showing a lack of attention or room care. The hotel is in a great spot and we love Noosa but all in all our room/unit was very disappointing and we would not recommend or stay there again.

Almost perfect but dated inside

We loved the location being in the heart of Hastings Street. Within minutes we could walk to the beach, the National Park, restaurants and shops and had no need of a car. The outside of the buildings was gorgeous with the gardens, pools and fountains. However the fittings and kitchenette looked dated in our one bedroom apartment. I was particularly unimpressed by the vanity area which had a rusted plughole in the sink and which was awkwardly positioned outside of the bathroom in a corridor with a full view from the living area. On the plus side our towels and sheets were changed daily - a hotel like experience you usually don’t get in apartments. The apartment was also really spacious and comfortable, with a big balcony. It just needs some refreshing of the interior and it would be perfect!

good stay for a short break

Glad to say that following a bad experience last year, we returned and were very pleased We had a similar room position with decent furniture and similar to previous stays Sebel is well located and reasonable value

El hotel es muy amplio y esta muy bien situado , en la calle principal de Noosa , el personal es amable , las piscinas fantásticas y esta pegado a la playa , hay un montón de tiendas , restaurantes en la zona , la habitación dispone de jacuzzy , el desayuno es a la carta y eso hace que se quede un poco flojo , por que solo puedes elegir 2 cosas , eso es un fallo par lo caro que es.
