We had such a fun and relaxing time at Peppers Noosa Resort & Villas! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a big, friendly smile from Saab – he was so welcoming and made everything feel easy and enjoyable. Our room was amazing: spacious, sparkling clean, and had all the comforts we could possibly need. The bed and pillows were super comfy, and I had one of the best night's sleep I've had in ages! Parking was a breeze in the underground garage, and the lift was conveniently close – making getting around a piece of cake. We loved taking advantage of the complimentary buggy ride down the hill – huge thanks to Juanita for that awesome service! It was perfect for getting to the restaurants at night, and such a clever touch. The location was ideal, just a short stroll from all the fun on Hastings Street, with its shops and restaurants. But the best part? The resort was tucked away just enough to give us a peaceful, relaxing retreat – the perfect balance of convenience and calm. We didn't get the chance to enjoy the pools or the restaurant, but we'll definitely be back for another stay – next time bringing the whole family! And I really hope we see Saab again, he made our trip so memorable. Thank you so much for such an incredible stay!

one of the dirtiest resorts I have been to recently . the bed was never made properly at any stage , only 1 threadbare towel per person . blonde hair wad in the shower drain from previous guest . plenty of cobwebs in the room and along covered pathways etc . electrical cord scraps on the ground on the pathway outside the lift means the pathway was never swept properly during our stay . very dirty pathways /walkways that had not been washed in a long time . pizza box from night 1 left in our room the entire stay . drains in the apartment smelt like 100 year old pissoirs in Paris . the large fan in the bar wasn't working our entire stay meant unpleasantly hot to sit in the bar for more than 1 drink in the evening .However , big shout out to a young man named Kahn , who was extremely helpful on evening driving the shuttle to Hastings St .

Unclean and overpriced

My family and I recently stayed at Peppers Noosa for eight nights during a trip. While the hotel is in a fantastic location, and the staff were generally friendly, we were deeply disappointed with the 2-bedroom villa. Unfortunately, the property fell far short of expectations, particularly given the premium price point. Key Issues: 1. Cleanliness: The villa desperately needs a thorough cleaning. 2. Value for Money: At $840 per night, the property is significantly overpriced for what it offers. Accor and Property Management should reassess their pricing and the overall quality of the product. With a quick online search, it’s clear that better options are available in the area for less cost. It seems the property relies on limited competition or the high demand during peak season to justify its pricing, but the product does not deliver. Detailed Issues Encountered: * Lack of Proper Servicing: For the price, guests should expect full daily servicing. Instead, the service was minimal—beds were made poorly, and towels were replenished, but no thorough cleaning occurred. * Black Dust on Ceilings & Walls: Dust accumulation on the ceilings caused respiratory issues for my wife and daughter, requiring the use of Ventolin inhalers. * Dirty Grout: The kitchen and bathroom grout were visibly dirty, with light grey grout turning black due to a lack of cleaning. * Unclean Pool: The pool was not cleaned daily. By evening, sunscreen and debris floated on the surface, making it unappealing to use. * Unresponsive Staff: When I reported these cleanliness issues, the staff seemed unsurprised, suggesting they are a recurring problem. * Drain Smell: A persistent odour emanated from the shower drain. While maintenance temporarily addressed the issue by pouring a liquid down the drain, the smell returned three days later. When reported a second time, it was not addressed. * Poor TV Reception: The television reception was inconsistent, cutting in and out intermittently. * Room Facility: The ironing board was broken. Impact on Our Stay These ongoing issues made it difficult to relax and truly enjoy our time at the property. At this price point, guests should feel comfortable, not burdened with such basic problems. Recommendations for Management I strongly urge the management to prioritize improvements in the following areas: * Deep-cleaning protocols for rooms and public spaces. * Regular maintenance of facilities, including the pool and drainage systems. * A reassessment of daily servicing policies to match the premium rates charged. * Enhanced staff training to ensure concerns are addressed with empathy and urgency. Until these issues are resolved, I cannot recommend Peppers Noosa to others. There are better, cleaner, and more competitively priced options available in the area.

Séjour de 3 nuits en famille. Membre Silver. Résidence agréable située en plein milieu de la nature dans un endroit qui se veut reposant. Tout le personnel de l'établissement est agréable et prévenant. L'appartement 9210, situé au niveau 1 du bâtiment Pacific est situé juste au-dessus de la piscine principale et ne convient à des personnes qui souhaiteraient se reposer pendant le séjour. La piscine principale est très bruyante en journée et des bruits de machines qui en assurent le fonctionnement sont perceptibles la nuit depuis la chambre. La piscine longue est très calme. L'appartement est vaste, bien équipé et décoré avec goût de façon moderne. La plupart des ouvrants est équipée de moustiquaire ce qui permet une aération continue. A l'entrée dans l'appartement une odeur d'humidité était perceptible. Chacune des chambres est équipée d'un dressing qui permet de ranger les vêtements et les valises. La chambre parentale donne sur une terrasse équipée de deux chaises longues. La salle de bains parentale est équipée d'une baignoire à remous ce qui est très agréable, d'une douche séparée et d'un WC. La salle de douche n'est pas équipée de WC, mais un WC séparé (WC invité) se trouve avant l'accès aux chambres. Le sèche cheveux dans la salle de douche ne fonctionnait pas. La cuisine est dotée d'un îlot central sur lequel on peut manger, mais il n'y a pas de table de séjour sur laquelle manger. En revanche, la terrasse principale comporte une table est six chaises. Le système d’ouverture de la porte du réfrigérateur et du congélateur en même temps que les portes du placard les abritant a été retiré. Deux ampoules du salon étaient hors service. Le panonceau pour indiquer que nous souhaitions que la chambre soit faite a été placé sur la porte d’entrée de l'appartement deux jours de suite, mais personne n'est venu faire la chambre, ni re-compléter les fournitures (papier toilette, thé, café, produits vaisselles et lessive) contrairement à d'autres établissement Peppers dans lesquels je me suis rendu. Au prix de la chambre cela aurait dû être fait.
