Where do I start, from first walking in, I felt welcome. The night manager that greeted him and checked me in, went over and above getting me a park start outside to pointing out the best places to have dinner. Great view from the level 9 and the room was spacious, with a very comfortable bed. What a great team on service in the cafe. The guy on the counter is such a friendly, welcoming and such a great personality to meet in the morning. Definitely try the corn and chives muffin.

We came down for medical appointments. The apartment offered flexibility particularly with eating options - being able to self cater was terrific and with a supermarket within walking distance it was just perfect. The undercover parking right next door was perfect and allowed for easy access. The bed was comfortable and the airconditioning adequate . The breakfast was good value and the coffee particularly excellent.

Excellent place to stay while visiting Hobart. Just 2 blocks to CBD and waterfront. Surprised to receive an upgrade to 1 bedroom suite which was very much appreciated. Reasonably priced parking at $18 a day in multi storey car park next door. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Conveniently located. Parking is easily accessible, even in rainy weather. Serves awesome breakfasts. The best coffee in town. Value for money granola and yogurt with fruit. The reception staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. The cafe staff are serving with grace during the morning peak hour. Housekeeping staff very helpful and flexible.

The hotel asked me how to arrange the bed for my two bedroom apartment before arrival. Moreover, there's no need to change another room even I changed to one bedroom after two nights stay. The arrangement is so customer friendly.
