Where do I start, from first walking in, I felt welcome. The night manager that greeted him and checked me in, went over and above getting me a park start outside to pointing out the best places to have dinner. Great view from the level 9 and the room was spacious, with a very comfortable bed. What a great team on service in the cafe. The guy on the counter is such a friendly, welcoming and such a great personality to meet in the morning. Definitely try the corn and chives muffin.

Every staff I've spoken to at Mantra on Collins have been extremely kind and helpful. I've had to stay at the hotel due to a family emergency and the hotel has been really flexible with the stay arrangements which greatly reduced me and my family's stress. The location of the hotel is excellent and any minor issue I've had with the room was addressed super promptly by the team. The shower was also one of the best hotel shower I've ever experienced. (heat up super quick with amazing water pressure :D)

The accommodation was very well located in the heart of Hobart. Excellent facilities, with amazing & helpful staff that couldn’t have made the stay more warm and comfortable. The daily breakfast options were delicious and again wonderful staff that were so attentive and friendly. Can’t wait to return. Thank you for making our trip so special.
