it's all about the customer service experience, whether if it's 5 star or one star even that makes the stay memorable ... from the door itself when you walk in staff darwin greets with a smile , it is not once nor twice that i have visited this hotel and he always makes an impact he even recognized faces and welcomes you with a " welcome back , long time no see !! " thank you darwin and best of luck and success in your career .

Just stayed here for a weekend getaway. The room was clean, bed was comfy, and the staff were all really friendly. We hadn't noticed our booking was a promotional package and included ice cream. That was a nice surprise. Would totally stay again :)

Poorly designed fridge cavity in room

Whole experience we had was fantastic, which was only let down by something as simple as a fridge that could not be opened unless it was physically lifted and moved forward over the lip of the cavity it was installed in. Not an issue if you don't need to use the fridge.

Most welcoming hotel stay

If I could rate this hotel 6 stars I would. The reception area is manned at all times, often by 2+ staff members. The team are all friendly and will go over and beyond for all guests. We had a memorable experience with David who assisted us with additional towels for our room and showed us to the laundry facilities. On arrival we were greeted with a bottle of wine in our room which was a lovely surprise. We stayed in a studio room which was spacious, modern, clean and perfect for our week stay. Our friends checked in a couple of days later and were suprised they could check in hours earlier thanks to the wonderful reception team again, they had a standard room but was absolutely massive. Our room was cleaned everyday to a high standard, and the communal areas were spotless. We had room service on one occasion and it was quick, hot and tasty. Although the hotel isn’t a central location the proximity to trains & trams made it easy to get by, as well as walking to local neighbourhoods for restaurants and shops. 10/10 stay! No complains and very refreshing! Thank you to everyone who looked after us on our stay x

Dinesh and his team were incredibly accomodating and supportive for our last minute event held at the start of January. We were pressed for time, and Dinesh was so lovely to work with and helped us with every intricate need for our corporate event. Not only that - our rooms were so comfortable, clean and modern, plus every meal we ate at the kitchen was absolutely delicious. Whether you are staying as an individual, or utilising services as a business, I highly recommend Novotel Preston as it ticks every possible box you could ever need. Huge thanks to Dinesh and the entire team for making our event so much less stressful. Will be back in the future without a doubt.
