The location of this property is truly fantastic. It was impeccably clean and had all the amenities we needed. The communication with the host before our arrival and during our stay was excellent, as they were prompt and helpful in addressing any questions or concerns. Overall, our experience at this place was satisfying, and we cannot praise Jitesh Lal, the receptionist, enough for his assistance. Regardless of the issue, Jitesh Lal was always available and willing to help. The only downside was the steep driveway, which posed a challenge for our 12-seater minibus. Despite this, we highly recommend staying here!

The best location - easy walk or drive to town. Rooms so clean and warm. Very spacious apartment. Best apartment we have stayed in yet at Queenstown - can highly recommend. Thank you to the management staff - nothing seemed to much trouble.

Shockingly poor Accor accommodation with dirty carpets, unventilated bedroom, unstable toilet

My brother and I checked in expecting 4 nights tom Aug 26-30, 2023, and were given Room 7A, and boy, were we in for a nightmare of an accommodation. The accommodation was not the Studio Room that we booked through the Accor app. It was old and had dirty, damp carpets that were dusty and stained with food. Our bedroom was unventilated, stuffy, and claustrophobic, with no natural air flowing. A make-shift small window opened from the bedroom to the living space, but this couldn't solve the stuffiness and lack of ventilation. Our bathroom's toilet was not stable/attached to the floor anymore. Sitting down on the toilet would make it lean forward. I could see the adhesive starting to come off. We couldn't reach anybody past 5 p.m. and had to wait until the next morning to report our issues. We checked out the morning after and demanded a refund for the poor quality of the room. We are still waiting for the refund from the management. It is surprising, given it is listed as an Accor property, a hotel group that stands on quality. I've had the privilege to stay in a number of Accor properties before, and this, by far, is the WORST hotel experience I've ever encountered.

Enjoyed own space with family. Beddings were very comfortable, very clean place, great entertainment (TV), wifi. No cleaners during the week to distract our staying. Woke up to a great views took my breath away.

Tired and needs maintenance

Unfortunately while the view from our room was spectacular the unit itself was disappointing . The couch and chairs needed cleaning the furniture and blinds were old The microwave had a sickly smell that could not be removed with wiping out. There were hand marks on the glass from a previous resident. While the manager was very accommodating the owners need to spend on refurbishing the unit.
