Dear Scenic27187637635, Thank you for your feedback. I understand that last Thursday’s events, with their mix of activities, resulted in a certain level of congestion and disruption. The combination of operational factors, including the weather, led to five events sharing the public areas, restaurant, and meeting room facilities. Prior to the evening, our team did approach each group to see if they would be open to adjusting their timing to avoid simultaneous food and drink service. Unfortunately, no one opted for an earlier or later time frame. When groups do not specifically request a private meeting room and share the restaurant with other guests, we face inherent challenges in managing these overlapping schedules. While our team did everything possible to ensure all guests were looked after, I regret that in the case of your group’s dinner, we fell short in a few areas. Complimentary drinks were offered, and I’m unsure why this gesture of goodwill was not extended to you. I will follow up with the supervisor on duty to understand what happened, as I know he was committed to making your experience a positive one. He will certainly be upset to learn that your group was not properly accommodated, as he genuinely tried his best to address any concerns. Once again, I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused, and I appreciate your understanding as we work to improve our service for future events.

It is disappointing to hear that we have not lived up to the high level you can expect from Accor and we take comments such as this very serious. We definitely intend to work towards improving our basis training.
