年末年始に始めてのクイーズタウンでした。HOTELの立地は最高ですが、サービスはビジネスHOTEL以下。コンシェルジュは滞在中ずっと不在。タクシーも呼んでくれず。。。値段はほぼ立地代ですね（笑）

従業員は親切で、清掃も行き届いており宿泊は快適でした。滞在人数分のタオル他アメニティーグッズが始めから準備されていれば、さらに街の詳細な駐車場案内がウェブページに掲載されていればなお良かったです。

My wife and I had flown in from Melbourne and stayed at Novotel. It is very centrally located in Queenstown, very near downtown and lots of shops, and yet, it did seem like it was in a relatively quiet area of town. It took about 5 minutes to get to the heart of shopping centers, restaurants, and cruise ships. Room seemed so nice and clean. Not that we used it, but we were surprised that there was a bathtub - first one after 15 days in Australia! And ... a first for us: Heated towel rack! Oooh, on a cold day or after a shower, it feels so good against the skin! One item that is missing are electrical outlets near the beds - they're across the room! Why doesn't a hotel place electrical outlets by each bedside? Another problem: if you are using an electrical converter, many of the outlets are very close to the "On/Off" button, so if you push the converter too high and/or high, it's turned off! You'd think that the "On/Off" button would be positioned higher so the electrical converter would affect it, Breakfast was about 'normal' for hotel - nothing unusual or outstanding. Service people were very friendly and helpful.

部屋の鍵を間違えて渡され、ドアを開けたら誰かの荷物が置いてあった。フロントではこの対応に対してマネージャーが謝らない。その後入った部屋はバスルームのドアが閉まらない。フロントに電話したらすぐに見にくると言ったのに全然来ない。結局フロントまで行ったが、次の日に直しに来るということ。マネージャーに話しても自分の責任じゃないという態度でひどい対応だった。

Receiving the wrong room key and walking into a room already occupied is unacceptable, and we apologize for the stress this caused. We are also sorry that the bathroom door in your room was not closing properly. There appears to have been a miscommunication between our team and yourself regarding the timing of the repair. By the time the request was made, it was already after 8pm, which is when our maintenance team has finished for the day. This should have been explained clearly to you at the time, and we apologize that it was not. We are concerned to hear that you felt the response from our manager was not empathetic. This is not the level of care we aim to provide, and your comments will be reviewed with the team to ensure better service going forward. Thank you again for your feedback.
