街と、船乗場へのアクセスがとても良く、レイクや公園の眺望も最高の部屋を借りられてとても良かった！

街の中心部、且つ湖の辺りにありロケーションは最高でした。お部屋は広くはありませんが中庭に面していたお部屋で、静かでリラックスできました。是非また利用したいと思っています。

部屋の窓からは湖の景色が楽しめました。バスタブ付きだったので、日本人の私は疲れを取ることができました。朝食も充実していてとても満足しました。

テカポ湖の辺りにあり好立地。キッチン付きなので、徒歩で行ける地元のスーパーで食材を購入するのも楽しそう。次回は長期滞在してみたい。

ブッキングコムで予約しました。宿泊前日に明日お待ちしていますとメールを受け取った のに、行ったら予約が無いと言われました。それも、午前中に、荷物を預けた時だけでなく、チェックイン時も又、違うスタッフから予約されていないと言われ、確認にかなりの時間がかかりました。 やっとチェックインして部屋にいると、何と他の客が鍵を開けて入ってきました。向こうもびっくり。その後、ホテルスタッフから電話がかかってきて、あなたの部屋は違っている、別の部屋だと。 その後、出かけ、戻ってきたら、部屋の鍵が開かない。スタッフからは、ごめんなさいの一言もありませんでした。
