ブッキングコムで予約しました。宿泊前日に明日お待ちしていますとメールを受け取った のに、行ったら予約が無いと言われました。それも、午前中に、荷物を預けた時だけでなく、チェックイン時も又、違うスタッフから予約されていないと言われ、確認にかなりの時間がかかりました。 やっとチェックインして部屋にいると、何と他の客が鍵を開けて入ってきました。向こうもびっくり。その後、ホテルスタッフから電話がかかってきて、あなたの部屋は違っている、別の部屋だと。 その後、出かけ、戻ってきたら、部屋の鍵が開かない。スタッフからは、ごめんなさいの一言もありませんでした。

年末年始に始めてのクイーズタウンでした。HOTELの立地は最高ですが、サービスはビジネスHOTEL以下。コンシェルジュは滞在中ずっと不在。タクシーも呼んでくれず。。。値段はほぼ立地代ですね（笑）

部屋の鍵を間違えて渡され、ドアを開けたら誰かの荷物が置いてあった。フロントではこの対応に対してマネージャーが謝らない。その後入った部屋はバスルームのドアが閉まらない。フロントに電話したらすぐに見にくると言ったのに全然来ない。結局フロントまで行ったが、次の日に直しに来るということ。マネージャーに話しても自分の責任じゃないという態度でひどい対応だった。

Receiving the wrong room key and walking into a room already occupied is unacceptable, and we apologize for the stress this caused. We are also sorry that the bathroom door in your room was not closing properly. There appears to have been a miscommunication between our team and yourself regarding the timing of the repair. By the time the request was made, it was already after 8pm, which is when our maintenance team has finished for the day. This should have been explained clearly to you at the time, and we apologize that it was not. We are concerned to hear that you felt the response from our manager was not empathetic. This is not the level of care we aim to provide, and your comments will be reviewed with the team to ensure better service going forward. Thank you again for your feedback. 2人で部屋を使うとちょっと狭いし キッチンがないので洗い物に困った。 しかし洗面所のタオルウォーマーがあるおかげで洗濯したものが乾いてくれて良かった。 スタッフさんの笑顔もいいしとても親切です。

３泊しました。全体的に清潔で湖畔にあり、眺めも良く、中庭も良い雰囲気のホテルです。こじんまりして可愛らしいクイーンズタウンの散歩にもとても便利。 朝食も味噌汁(塩辛すぎですが:笑)が一度、白粥、炒飯が一度出ました。結構稀有では？生野菜もありました。 バスタブ、ツインベッドで選びましたが、期待以上。残念なのは、無料のミネラルウォーターが、部屋にはないこと、シャワーカーテンがちょいと臭うことくらいです。

快適なベッドでよく眠れました。シャワーもとても良かったです。町中なのに夜は静かで部屋からの眺めも素晴らしくとても良い滞在になりました。ディナーもとてもおいしくて、朝食はどれも美味しそうだったけど、たくさんありすぎて選びきれませんでしたが大満足でした。
