Spent 9 nights with my wife and daughter and we loved it. Beautiful clean room with a lovely lake view. The staff are friendly and amazing. All our requests were delivered super quick. The restaurant is nice and has an amazing view. Loved watching the Chefs cook and the wait staff were super friendly. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Very impressed with the complex. Loved our lake view, and welcome drinks. Larger than usual hotel room. Enjoyed a hot outdoor spa before dinner. Handy to centre of Queenstown and bus to airport. A breakfast with a wide selection of excellent food was part of our stay.

Kia Ora The St Moritz Team My wife and I visited Queenstown from 30 August to 6 September, 2024. Stayed at the Beautiful and Relaxation St Moritz Hotel. This is our 1st hotel we stayed at the town area before moved to 2nd hotel away from town. Met superb friendly, warmth and caring Managers and team from 30 August to 3 September (4 days). Our 1st visited New Zealand was in June 2016 (Started from Christchurch), but stayed 2 nights only at Queenstown. This town was magical, just attracted us must be back to celebrate my belated 57th birthday :) The hotel lobby decor was great facing the lake. Almost every evening we drank festival white wine at the bar. Our lake view room always kept clean and tidy by the housekeepers :) Every days we enjoyed relax at the small balcony to view the snow mountain and lake. Strolling around the town and lake was nice, crystal water, seeing friendly dogs, noisy adorable ducks :) However, the specialty was the 5***** people’s services oriented, excellent services here :) It was a Good Choice to have a break/holiday when you wish to visit Queenstown. Our last stop for three days before heading back to the States. Beautiful hotel on the hill. We had a lovely view of the lake and the Remarkables from our room on the 3rd floor. Close to town and easy to walk to restaurants and activities. We would return!

Enjoyed our stay for 2 nights. Room had a lake and mountain view. So scenic and beautiful. The room was clean and comfortable. Hotel was up a slope but walking distance to cafes and restaurants.
