We stayed for 8 days, and the location was great. So close to everything, we were able to walk most places. Be aware when the staff tell you that Woolies is just a block away it is because you will need to buy all your supplies. There is no servicing of apartments for a week stay so you will need to go and buy washing liquid, washing powder, bin liners, toilet paper, clothes pegs etc for your stay. I washed our towels in the washing machine there, so we had some fresh towels. Internet is also only for Accor members. The floors weren't particularly clean either. The kids thought the shower positioning was quite interesting. We love Cairns and had great fun at Green Island and Moore Reef, loved Kuranda and Hartleys Crocodile Adventure Park.

Central location, nice views

Perfect location right above Cairns Night Markets. Hotel is fairly dated (still using keys) but room was quite satisfactory and bed was comfortable. Nice view over Esplanade Lagoon and Trinity Inlet.Price was probably a little more than expected considering the age of property and lack of amenities. No restaurant or bar.

Terrible Hotel, stay elsewhere

Room not clean, broken glass on floor. Some lights not working. Not given correct details to be able to access internet on check in and when discovered out of hours staff will not set up. "will have to wait till morning or spend my own money on data"

Great position but not a 'one bedroom'

Fantastic position on Cairns Esplanade close to everything, and a great view of the harbour from the balcony. Reception staff very helpful and friendly. I booked a 'One Bedroom Ocean' apartment but it turned out to be a 'Studio' as the bed was located in a large windowless 'alcove' and open to the kitchen and lounge area (the hotel photographs and description failed to indicate this). Although the hotel has definitely seen better days, the studio was quite large, light and airy and the bed comfortable. From my perspective, the two main negatives were the lack of overall cleanliness of the studio (unacceptable in these COVID times) and the shower. This was positioned over a large 70's spa bath and was extremely difficult to get into and very slippery once in (there was only one small handrail too low to help when standing in the bath). An accident waiting to happen. Overall, we enjoyed the 6 nights we stayed in Cairns but will probably opt for another hotel in the same area the next visit.

Appartamento molto carino posto al 7 piano, con un terrazino che dava proprio di fronte l'Esplanade Lagoon. Pulizia e dotazioni adegauti ai giorni in abbiamo soggiornato. Molto comoda anche la posizione, a piedi sono raggiungibili tutte le principali attrazioni e punti d'interesse.
