Très bon emplacement près de l’aquarium Encore une fois mais cela semble un problème majeur dans cette région, la propreté est à revoir 1) première chambre je trouve 50 fourmis mortes près de la fenêtre, bof bof… 2) la réception accepte un changement 3) nouvelle chambre assez sale surtout au niveau des fenêtres, quelques insectes au plafond Je trouve que nous ne sommes pas au niveau du standing d’un Mercure (chaîne dans laquelle je vais souvent)

Hotel ben posizionato a Cairns. Camera familiare spaziosa, pulita con letti molto comodi.

Great Reef. Awesome experience. Amazing service. Friendly staff. Whole family had a good time. Will be back soon. BTW thanks for calling me back to hand me my scuba certificate.

As a semi regular Accor user we were very disappointed in this venue. Welcome drinks were from the mini bar. Not acceptable. Yes I know there were Reno's going on. No kettle in the room, despite them providing tea bags. 2 Coffee pods. 1 spoon. Trouble finding how to open the curtains, TV munted. Can't call reception because there was no phone in the room. So had to go to reception for assistance. The girl on duty helped us and did a great job. Breakfast all in the room cost. Go to a separate room for that a "restaurant". All cold options there. No hot buffet. Cooked to order. I am a fussy eater and the 2 hot options on offer were not to my liking. Perhaps an offer of cook to your needs would be a better option. 3 slices of white bread put out. "Long" bread provided. Doesn't fit into the Kmart toaster. Coffee machine producing luke warm coffee, undrinkable. Fittings not maintained. See photo. How this is acceptable to Accor is beyond me. Rest assured we don't recommend it and will send this review to Accor. I am glad we didn't use our free night on this location.
