Dear fabio_carni, Thank you for taking the time to review your stay at the Pullman Palm Cove. I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations. We are in a secluded location, only 5 minute walk to the start of the Palm Cove strip and a leisurely 20 minute walk to the end, the beach at the front of the resort is subject to the jellyfish season as is all of the beaches in North Queensland unfortunately this did overlap with your stay however as you stated in your review that there is a location to swim in the sea further in Palm Cove. I have taken note of the room number you stayed to ensure that all of the issues with the room are attended too. Drying racks are available at the hotel and they are placed in every apartment, the studio spa rooms unfortunately do not have drying racks in the room as there is no clothes washing abilities in the room, however we would be more than happy to supply a rack on request. I am glad to say that all of your accommodation rooms do now have Wi-Fi internet in room at a charge and complimentary Wi-Fi is still available in the Lobby, Restaurant and Lagoon Bar for all guests. Our service at the Pullman Palm Cove is one of our hallmarks and I am glad this was on show for your stay. I again apologise that your stay did not meet our or your expectations, and I hope we will have the chance to welcome you back to the Pullman Palm Cove in the future.
