Dear T8176OVbilalb, Thank you for taking the time to write a Trip Advisor post about your experience at the Peppers Broadbeach, I am sorry that your experience was a mixed one, please allow me to express my apologies. I would like to assure you that any allegation of items being thrown off a balconies are followed up immediately by the Hotel Management Team and Security Team onsite. A security sweep is conducted of the affected area and also of the floor(s) any such items may have originated from, should this result in the culprit being located the Police will then be called and the offenders evicted. Please rest assured that the health and safety of our residents, guests and Broadbeach community is of prominent importance to us. I appreciate you sharing your comments T8176OVbilalb and it is my hope that you will give my Team and I the opportunity to welcome you back to Peppers Broadbeach in the future to create some better memories for you. I am sorry to read that you were disappointed that the your request to cancel the last night of the booking was declined however the change request was made only 2 days prior to arrival which is within the terms and conditions of the special offer under which the booking was made and I am sorry that you felt that this was not reasonable.
