The faulty towers of accor

Do yourself a Favour do not stay at this hotel - there are many other great Accor hotels in the area. Ive have 2 bad experience at this hotel - broken promises, ineffective management, etc. Also there is a reason why they need uniform security patrolling the internal common area and pool areas

Great room and good value for money. Amazing pool area! Very slow check in .... and even slower check out Parking at $45 per night seems ridiculous but was offered $30 per night in a neighbouring shopping centre car park (which at night time felt unsafe) Given all this I would choose to stay again except the room in Forresters Hall on the Friday night was as if I was sleeping in the nightclub across the road! Feedback to hotel staff went unanswered ... I'd say no staff member has experienced the noise themselves as there is no way they would subject a guest to it and say it was acceptable :-(

Was generally disappointed with the level of accommodation for the price we paid for a 2 bedroom apartment. Poor layout of room. View was of the adjacent roof of the adult shop below. Probably will not return to this hotel. Parking and drop off along Brunswick street is also ridiculous.

error on system. booked but received a phone call from peppers, apparently hotel was full. got told theyll transfer me to another hotel. few hrs later, i rang the hotel i was supposed to be transferred to, just to double check and apparently they didnt get a call. had few more calls to peppers, got told different hotel now,other one was full too. they will arrange transfer. rang peppers again to double check, apparently i just needed to head out to mantra and theyll know. got to mantra, staff had no clue what i was talking about. no one rang them from peppers. thank god mantra staff were amazing. i usually head to accor hotels because of great experiences from mercure and novotel darwin and mantra brisbane. i guess some hotels dont really value gold members much. will just stick to mercure, novotel and mantra.

Won't stay again

Won't stay in hotel again. Found cockroach in room on day of check-in. Requested room cleaned and serviced the next day but it didn't happen. Staff in check in counter were professional and nice but wouldn't recomend to stay there again. I didn't even get my full Accor point
