يحتاج البوفيه الي تطوير كما يحتاج بعض الغرف الي إصلاح الجاكوزي الموجود فيها

Worst Vacation Ever

I recently stayed at this hotel with a group of people and our experiences during our stay were unfortunately fell short of expectations. Our group encountered several issues that we believe made our stay at the hotel unpleasant: 1. The overall attitude of the staff was unprofessional and unwelcoming, especially towards international guests. 2. The restaurant staff exhibited a lack of professionalism, particularly in their interactions with Arab guests. 3. The interior design, including the color scheme and lighting, created a rather uninviting atmosphere. 4. Essential toiletries, such as soap, towels, and slippers, were not provided. When requested, we were only given slippers, and informed that they don’t provide toiletries.. 5. There were no safety lockers in the rooms for securing valuables. 6. Our attempts to contact the reception multiple times went unanswered. 7. The restaurant lacked hot water, and we experienced excessively long wait times. 8. There was a noticeable unpleasant odor from the river located behind the hotel. 9. The absence of an iron and ironing board in the rooms was inconvenient. 10. The fact that there is a gas station next to the hotel raised safety concerns.

A big shout out to Amina at the front desk she is a credit to the company, she understands what customer service is to a tee, nothing was too much trouble for her. She helped us arrange transfers and answers all our questions. Hope the company values her dedication to customer service. Hotel rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was good. A nice swimming pool for the children. The swings in reception were a hit the children and adults alike.

I lived there for three nights. The room is big but not clear, and some of the snacks in the mini-bar were overdue. The location is just fine—it's far away from the city centre and the old town, but at least the transportation is convenient. I was extremely dissatisfied with the service --- some staff are impatient. In particular, as I paid the fee online, a staff still charged the room fee from my credit card directly. Even if I told her I paid online and she replied 'OK', but indeed she didn't care about what you said. Fortunately, I checked my bank statement and noted this charge to me one more time. Otherwise, I lose my money in this 'excellent hotel.'

The rooms and bathrooms are huge in size. The lady at reception is extremely friendly and so was another chap that checked us out. Breakfast is decent with plenty of options but only 1 coffee machine worked. The biggest issue was the cigarette smell in the room that was coming through the air con vent. At night when the air con was turned on it was vile having to smell the cigarettes. It was very disappointing because when we checked in we were told that this is a non smoking hotel and we were asked to sign the non smoking declaration. It was obvious that people smoked in rooms because you could smell it on the corridor and in the staircase. Other disappointing thing were the towels - they were all stained what looked like blood and faeces. every single one of them - they should have not been in use. I'm not only referring to the towels already in the room. the extra towels also had stains. We decided to go green and not have the housekeeping do our room. We called up one day and asked for fresh towels and toilet paper. No one ever brought anything up and I had to help myself to the goods from the housekeeping trolley dumped in the corridor. The location of the hotel is good for the airport but very far away from the centre.
