The hotel is in a good location and appears very trendy.the staff are friendly but not really engaging just going through to the motions so they don't really hear what your saying. On our visit the restaurant/bar was very quiet in terms of people but very loud music so not that relaxing. We ate a fairly dull burger with the normal sides the table had been wiped but definitely not clean and with the dim lighting probably no one notices. The deluxe room is definitely not deluxe, barely any space to move around with the over sized garden furniture and tea stand taking up so much space, no wardrobe or dressing table or even a shelf to put makeup on etc. So I would say comparable to a budget hotel. The ensuite was an ok size but the grout and silicone were not clean. Filling the large kettle under the tap is not great. Definitely not a 4 star experience and with the dynamic pricing the price of your stay can vary dramatically.

Lovely hotel but closing for good end of January 26 so do not attempt to book for after this

Lovely hotel, friendly helpful staff. We stayed for 2 nights early January and aside from a couple of minor issues, 1 of the 2 lifts not working and the haphazard breakfast set up we would recommend. However they are closing for good end of January which is a shame as they do offer something different from the other corporate chains. I can only assume that the increased costs encountered lately make it no longer economically viable.

Tries to be very wacky and trendy, but under delivers on the experience. Rom was small and hearing temperamental. A premier inn hub is better at a lower price
