Stayed for 3 nights to visit London. Great Hotel very friendly and helpful staff. They all have a smile!!. Great restaurant and bar with a big shout out to 'Lucky' a real asset to the Hotel. Thanks everybody.

We had dinner at the Novotel’s Restaurant, Keepers, last evening. The service was excellent, the food very good, with many healthy offerings. While not staying at the hotel, the location close to the Tower Hill metro station was a great find. We will go again during our London visit. Ask for Ashraf for your server!

Family break in central London

We enjoyed a two night break at this lovely hotel, situated in a perfect position for many of London’s tourist attractions. The hotel itself provided an excellent experience for our family made up of three generations. The staff were welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfortable and dinner in the restaurant suited the kids and adults alike.

Great location, not a lot else. Go for Room only!

Room 441. OK but a hell of a squeeze for 3. Bathroom OK but susceptible to significant condensation build up. Good Shower. Room decor was worn but functional, all aspects working. Bed comfort average to good. Mini bar empty. Annoys the living daylights out of me when you are paying more than a G for a couple of days! Plenty of wardrobe space and has iron and ironing board. Check in - slow, and shambolic. Breakfast - Avoid. Just opt for room only and spend the difference on something nice. It’s like a cattle market - rude people, kids running a mock everywhere and the food and offering is less than desirable. Yes there l’s a hot and a cold option but if you verge to continental you’ll be greeted with cold pastries, semi fresh bread, two choices of cheese and you may be lucky to score some fruit, salad or meat options if they get refilled. The hot buffet appears to be fried or double fried! It was not good. No option for poached eggs you have to choose from rubbery scrambled or slimey hard yolk fried. At least one of the coffee machines is out of use and needs employee attention continually. Keepers bar (your breakfast venue) and evening beverage haunt has some bizarre decor. Evening drinks were OK, staff pleasant enough, marginally happier than those at breakfast. Should have stuck to the original plan. Live and learn.

Nice location

The location is very nice- the subway is nearby, Tower of London and bridge were two blocks away. A Pret a manager, Starbucks, Devine restaurant and co-op nearby. Lots of restaurants located nearby and souvenir shops. The keepers restaurant also very good and closes at 9pm. Buffet Breakfast was very good. The bar also looked fun and lively in the evenings. The bathroom Had Rituals shower gel and shampoo. Refrigerator and kettle. Our room could actually accomodate 2 more persons in the pullout couch.
