Hotel ładnie odnowiony, choć ozdoby typu graffiti nie są w moim stylu, jednak jest przyjemnie. Pokój i łazienka świetne, wszystko co trzeba, bardzo czyste! Niedaleko sklepy, ładne ulice, spacerkiem można się przejść do centrum. Dokładnie pod hotelem kanał "Canal du Midi", akurat na tej wysokości trochę zabetonowany, ale kilka kroków dalej pięknie w zieleni! Pokoje z oknem na zachód mają widok na cudowne zachody słońca nad starym miastem (wiem z wcześniejszego pobytu, jeszcze to był wtedy Kyriad), niestety tym razem pomino mojej bardzo grzecznej prośby takiego nie dostałam;-) Śniadanie dobre, choć na punkcie pieczywa wybór był naprawdę mały: jeśli się nie je słodkich ciastek typu croissant, croissant czekoladowy lub małe naleśniczki, to pozostają tylko takie małe bułeczki, zawsze te same. Wi-fi działa tylko na dole, przy recepcji i w jadalni, ale na górze w pokoju już nie (pokój 510). Personel uprzejmy. Ogólnie jestem bardzo zadowolona! Dziękuję i polecam.

I liked the location just 5 minutes from the Place Dupuy, where there are lovely parks to walk in. It is an easy walk from the Matabiau gare ( train and bus stations ). When you exit, go left, don’t deviate from this road for 15 minutes, 1.2 km. The facilities in the room were fine. What really ruined the stay for me was the reception staff. They ignored me every single time I walked by. There was zero warmth when I had to speak with them, and i had one experience with them which was unforgivable. My second day there, my iPhone locked and i could do nothing with the phone. This was very unsettling. I asked reception if there was any repair shop nearby. There was both a male and a female at reception. The female apparently did not understand English very well, but the male told me there were no repair shops in the area. I had no access to the internet, and neither staff member showed a twinge of empathy and made zero effort to go online and check for me a repair shop. Luckily, there was a hotel guest in line, and he was kind, checked his phone and told me that there was a repair shop, just 5 minutes away, named Feexo, on rue Antoine Idrac. Your staff left me feeling depressed and worried. The guest lifted my spirits. I went to the repair shop and they fixed my phone in 5 minutes and were very kind. Breakfast was very poor. The scrambled eggs were the worst I have ever eaten. Overall, i was very disappointed by my treatment here, and i am Accor Platinum. I would not return here.

Frosty customer service at check in but fast/efficient. Very small room, no room for more than 1 piece of small luggage. Bed was comfortable. Loud road noise. I have stayed in small rooms before but this was particularly challenging due to its design, they need to add hooks to the back of the bathroom door and add a hand towel bar at sink…small details can make the space more comfortable. Toilet area was tiny, my legs touched the wall when using it and I am not tall. No kettle in room but coffee/ tea/filtered water provided in lobby. Mold in shower, thin towels, dirty carpet. Breakfast: The best part was a OJ machine that makes fresh squeezed orange juice, but it wasn’t smooth to operate/ seemed jammed or in need of repair. There is an outdoor seating area. The food served was grocery store processed food, not good quality, cheese and bread, yogurt, nuts, processed meats. If you get a good rate and don't plan on spending any time in room apart from sleeping then it's OK. You get what you pay for. Parking: We found close on street parking that was inexpensive. AC worked very well. 20 minute walk to the city center. Overall this place felt more like a hostel than a hotel.

Difficult firstly to find parking. Very Warm welcome. Rooms small, and ours was dark grey, looked shabby. Bed comfortable, walls thin as we were kept awake by snoring next door. Central for a walk into Toulouse, beautiful place. Breakfast good value. Sitting outside too. Fair average stay.
