Dear Guest Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience at the ibis Styles Istanbul Bomonti. We are sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations. At Ibis Styles Istanbul Bomonti, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every guest ; therefore your feedback is very important for us.. All products for breakfast have been carefully selected according to Accor standards and the products have been chosen so that you will never have any problems in terms of variety and quality. Due to summer season and hot weather , when our guest have their breakfast in the garden , there are people having such issues out of our controll. Garden area may have some disadvantages when you have a breakfast in an open area. We are truly sorry about the payment issue. The first day when you checked in , we charged you a bit more than the reservation amount . But at the same time we realized that mistake very quickly and tried to fix the issue. However bank card processes are a bit slow in between international bank systems. We are sorry for your loss in that process. Cleaning is one of the most important issue for our hotel. We are sorry that you did not like our cleaning. We would like to provide you with better quality service in this regard. Therefore, I would like you to know that we will inform our team members about the issue you mentioned. Our aim is to delight and provide all our guests with the highest standards in service and hospitality. We hope to see you at your next stay.
