Onur is the best of the best. He looked after us really well at breakfast. He made sure we were well looked after and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our time staying at Fairmont. It was a such a pleasant experience and will definitely come back. Thanks Onur.

Very clean,good lounge especially .front desk attendants are really good . Thank you to Emirhan and Salim for their excellent service. You can find really nice people in this hotel. The food and service are on the top level. I recommend Fairmont Istanbul for every traveler. -Khalid Al Manee

The hotel's service was impeccable. Chef Mehmetcan took the trouble of preparing an Asian breakfast for us. Our server, Onur Yasar was very attentive during the breakfast service. Looking forward to coming back here again on our next trip to Istanbul.

Fairmont does Fairmont things always :-) Whenever I visit, always having 100% satisfaction. The restaurant at the "S" floor, sorry forgot the name, serves Amazon Turkish delight!! And we had a great experience in breakfast time with the staff "Baran". Thanks again Team Fairmont! Will definitely back soon again
