After a few issues at the beginning of our stay. The team at Fairmont went above and beyond to help make it right and make our trip a memorable experience. I would like to thank Derya, Seven and Ethem for everything they have done for us during our stay. I cannot thank them enough for jumping in when they did to make our experience better and to resolve all of our issues at the start of our stay. This my fifth stay at Fairmont Istanbul and would definitely come back again!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Fairmont Quasar Hotel. The staff were very well-trained and polite. Especially Ms. Badegül also did an excellent and very clean job as a housekeeper.

Amazing hotel and staff, shout out to the below staff who made our stay amazing. Faruk, Brealefet and Baran. Initially slight issue with the room which was rectified immediately flawless customer service.
