May 13, 2025 We stayed at the Adagio Hotel for 5 nights, including Shabbat. We had a spacious room that also included a living room and a kitchenette. The hotel is suitable for Shabbat observers, offering a room on the ground floor, a physical key instead of a card, and the main door being opened for us. The entire hotel staff was very kind and accommodating to all our requests. We had a pleasant stay. We were able to leave our luggage before check-in and after check-out. It's possible to order a kosher breakfast for an additional fee. There's a Chabad House close by, and two strictly kosher dairy and meat restaurants at a fair price. Synagogues are within walking distance.

Loved this hotel so much!!! we stayed several nights in this lovely hotel. Our apartment had a full kitchen and a nice living room. Everything was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very nice, the staff were super friendly, from the reception desk to the breakfast staff, all with a smile. They have a laundry room where we did our laundry for 5 Euro. For Jewish travelers: you can order a kosher breakfast (do it in advance) and there are two kosher restaurants nearby. There is a tram nearby and the Amsterdam South (Zuid) main train station is just a short tram away. A very quiet and restful location.

Well located for a family trip to Amsterdam. Our top floor apartment with balcony was spacious, clean and comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Staff were pleasant and helpful. There is a tram stop 5 minutes walk away with frequent service into the city centre. Nice quiet neighbourhood with shops and restaurants nearby.

Отель произвел приятное впечатление: стильный дизайн интерьера, просторные номера, готовый всегда помочь персонал. Особенно хочу отметить русскоязычных девушек на ресепшн, они помогли решить проблему с wifi на моем телефоне. До центра города ходит трамвай номер 5, остановка которого расположена рядом с отелем. Завтрак был превосходный.

We had previously stayed in a one bedroom apartment at Aparthotel Adagio and found it to be very spacious. As our daughter was travelling with us this time I booked the same after checking with the property that an extra bed could go in the sitting room. Upon arrival it took reception staff a long time to allocate a key even though I had checked in online. On going to our apartment it became obvious that they did not have a one bedroom apartment as we had been allocated a studio without a separate bedroom and there was also no extra bed. It would have been too small for an extra bed but fortunately there was a door from the studio leading to a meeting room so a bed was brought up and put in there. It was not ideal for sleeping as the meeting room only had curtains on one set of windows and nets on the other but it was late and we were too tired after a long day to make a fuss. We managed but were disappointed to have paid for a one bedroom apartment and stayed in a studio. The property was in a good location near to a tram station and staff were friendly.
