Not as good as w're used at a Novotel. First: on our arriving the Tesla charger didn't work. Clearly this was not the first time and apart from a reset by a friendly employee no further importance or urgency was given. So me and my family had to make an extra stopover on an already long journey. Second the bill was wrong and too high. Luckily I checked this one out. There was an erroneous bar bill from someone else on one of our three rooms. Thridly I never got a reaction on my clompaint. So overall a bad experience concerning Novotel Blois. A discredit to your chain. I'm used to it differently.

Unacceptable deposit amount

We had 2 rooms booked, prepaid. And the receptionist charged 400 euros to our card as a deposit. This is totally inconsistent with decent standards in hotels of this category. The normal deposit is around €100. The couple in front of us paid no deposit at all at check-in, probably just because they were French and we were foreigners. We will never go to this hotel again.

Chère A, nous sommes que le service et les prestations ne vous aient pas convenues. En revanche cela ne vous permet pas de porter un jugement! plein d'apriori. Nos procédures sont les mêmes pour tout le monde seulement selon votre canal de réservation les empreintes de carte bancaire effectuées sont différentes ou prises en charge par la société. A quel moment en 2022 et en étant un établissement hôtelier touristique nous ferions une différence de traitement entre les français et les étrangers: désolé de vous dire c'est du n'importe quoi!! d'autant plus que notre équipe reflète une mixité totale dont nous sommes fiers. Que dire d'autre... votre commentaire nous a réellement déçu :-( C'est dommage de penser ainsi sans les tenants et les aboutissants. Cordialement,

Nice hotel with big rooms and swimming pool. For visit Blois and Chambord Castle this is a good place to stay. Parking at the hotel for 10 euro a day. The only negative thing was; we arrive at 14:00 at the hotel. The room was not ready, so we went to the city and we came back at 16:30 the room was still not ready.

Rooms are spacious but could be a bit cleaner (we had dust and…one spider). The cheap part: they make you pay 10 euro per night to use their parking even though you are a guest! Frankly just increase the room rate by few euros and remove this parking fee your clients will be happier.

The staff was helpful and attentive. The rooms were clean with comfortable beds and had the amenities you need. The breakfast was very good with a wide range of food. Coffe/tea facilities in the room and complimentary water in the fridge. Parking available at a fair price. About 10 min walk to the castle.
