During the challenge times of COVID which we live in today, the level of service offered by the Pullman, especially from their Manager, Wangyang was unsurpassable. Such support and awareness was so impressive that accommodating my needs has compelled me to write this review. During my stay continual support and updated information was offered which then extended after my stay to make sure i arrived at my final destination safely. Staying at the Pullman was a great experience. The staff were very helpful and friendly and really went out of their way to make our experience a great one. The grounds were well kept and getting a Covid test was super easy. When you get there, ask for Mr Wang! He will ensure you have a great experience and support you in all your travel and hotel needs. Unforgettable support by Mr. Wang Yang handling my huge luggage during my return home stay. He even accepted from logistic company my extra luggage before my arrival. After cancellation of my flight Big help in organizing the transfer of my luggage even to Shenzhen for alternativ flight. Very comfortable location to reach the airport and convenient PCR test nearby. I will always be thankful and remember the comfortable stay.

I would like to single out Wang Yang for his extreme efficacity and going the extra mile. He took care to make sure my stay was the upmost comfortable and even took me inside the airport to get me through the initial check in protocols, which was extremely helpful in view of the numerous codes and scans one has to go through. Thank Wan Yang and will definitely come back just to see you.

Great hotel location for a transit stop 3 min walk across the road from T1. There is a Covid PCR test station that is fairly quick around 6 hours and a Big Thank you to Wangyang the Customer experience manager for helping me with that. The application through weechat is only in Chinese and they only accept weechat pay. Simon and Jim were great on concierge helping me print all my documents and the Almond Croissants for breakfast are the best in China, chef is from Bordeaux and it shows all the pastries are great. A big thank you to Martin and his team! Also Suzanne and her team in the bar were very welcoming and next time hope to play a game of pool!
