Deserves a Big Zero rating for their staffs attitude, especially for Front office staff, upon that a stapler pin found in the food, which is an hazard, not recommended at all… although room condition is good, but their front office team is ruining it

my stay was unexpectedly incredible, thanks to the whole stuff. The hotel offers a great blend of comfort and style with spacious rooms, modern amenities, and stunning views. The staff is attentive, and the on-site restaurant serves delicious Georgian cuisine. Ideal for a relaxing stay.

I am truly grateful for my stay at this wonderful hotel and would like to thank all the staff, especially Maryam. She was very helpful and kind.
