Отдых Декабрь 2025. Приехали на отдых семьей (2 взр*+2 детей ). Территория отеля очень красивая и ухоженная. Размещение прекрасное, виллы очень просторные. Пляжи чистые. Еда на завтрак однообразная, фруктов мало. Теперь по огромный минус, из-за которого решила написать отзыв. Неприятно удивило , что лежаков на пляжах буквально по 20 шт.. вообще невозможно разместиться на пляже. Сами-то пляжи большие , есть возможность поставить лежаки на всех отдыхающих. Но почему именно так нам предлагают отдыхать на пляжном отдыхе непонятно! Сервиса на пляже нет.. туалетов по близости нет… . Очень непродуманно!!! Люди едут отдыхать на море в первую очередь..!!! Решите проблему с лежаками на пляже!!!

Le cadre est exceptionnel, l'emplacement de l'hôtel est magnifique, en retrait du bruit de la ville. Le personnel est à l'écoute avec une mention spéciale pour Louis et Lucy, 2 personnes exceptionnelles, attentionnées et font de votre séjour un réel bonheur de tranquillité. Malgré ces vérités sur l'accueil et la beauté des lieux, il y a quand meme quelques points que l'équipe de direction devrait améliorer pour viser l'excellence et garder le côté exceptionnel de cet hotel: - le ménage est vraiment tres mal fait, voir pas fait du tout, on doit se manifester, réclamer pour que ce soit fait....et malgré ces réclamations, ça reste mal fait (on est là que depuis 2 jours et on a deja fait plusieurs réclamations a ce sujet) - restaurant, il faudrait former les serveurs, et personnels aux règles simples d'hygiène, lorsqu'un morceau de pain tombe par terre, au soloùtout le monde passe, ne pas le ramasser pour le remettre dans la corbeille à pain - donner des cours d'anglais aux personnels ayant un contact direct avec les clients (au restaurant essentiellement) Je suis désolé de donner ces quelques points négatifs qui entachent la beauté des lieux, mais vous possédez un excellent hôtel, avec un personnel qui veut faire bien malgré tout, et avec quelques petits réglages vous serez vraiment au-dessus de tous les hôtels de Phu Quoc , voir du Vietnam ou ailleurs... Encore un grand merci à Louis et Lucy, 2 personnes tres professionnelles, sympathiques, toujours souriantes et qui ont un vrai sens de l'accueil avec tout le monde.
