나는 나쁜 경험을 했다,방은 매우 편안했고 호텔 시설도 매우 좋았습니다. 공항과 시내까지 무료 셔틀버스가 운행됩니다. 식사는 매우 다양하고 우리 가족의 취향에 적합합니다. 체크인과 체크아웃 절차가 너무 길어서 기다리는 시간도 많이 소비해야 했습니다. 직원들은 매우 열정적이지만 접수원은 그렇지 않습니다. 고객이 도움이 필요할 때 그들의 태도는 매우 불쾌합니다. 너희들한테 이런 태도를 받는 게 너무 끔찍하다. 그건 나쁘다 !!!!!!!!! 다시는 돌아오지 않으며 이 장소를 다른 누구에게도 추천하지 않을 것입니다

푸꾸옥 풀만호텔 수영장이 넓고 비치에 일몰이 예쁩니다. 토요일에 거품파티를 하며 어메니티도 훌륭합니다. 망고빙수가 굉장히 맛있습니다.

Prachtig hotel, mooi zwembad en prachtige kamers . Goed ontbijt maar erg rommelig door gebrek aan personeel. Drankjes en eten in verhouding mega duur. Niet wat je mag verwachten van een hotel In deze prijsklasse. Nieuw hotel maar onderhouden van kamers kan beter. Balkon hele week niet geveegd en vol troep en op toilet hele week glitterstenen gelegen op de vloer dus poetsen kan beter. We hebben wel genoten maar meer verwacht van een hotel in deze categorie *****
