Dear guest, We are sorry to know that your previous stay in our hotel did not match your expectations, however since this is the only review you ever posted online and is oriented on a very isolated issue rather than your whole experience, allow me to sincerely doubt its usefulness. When you reserve online, you have the possiblity to check the surroundings of an establishment before accepting to book a room. Should you have done that in the first place you probably would have noticed that the Ibis Budget of Château-Thierry is not very far away from driveways. Again, if you insisted on reserving still, you could have asked for a specific room located on the farthest side of the road possible. Which you did not. I see no part of your comment on anything that was good in our hotel, which is absurd as I strongly doubt, judging by all the other comments online, that our staff welcomed you in an unappropriate manner, or that breakfast was disgusting. Since you do not emphasize on a balanced review, allow me to do just the same. You have reserved a room, not a place to work. We welcome pros as well as individuals and they all know that our WiFi is working fine and has both a strong signal and a high speed. Unfortunately, just like other system based on another system, it can become faulty. Rest assured we did not deliberately unplugged the WiFi connection, it seemed to have been an unplanned incident that can occur anyday, anytime and to anybody anywhere. If you can't seem to live 24 hours without your internet connection, then I suggest you stay at home and don't bother hotels for accommodating you as this can happen again, and if all you can do is complain, then I am very happy to say you are not the kind of guest I'd invite to stay a second time for sure. Dear Madam, We are delighted to know that your previous stay in our Ibis Budget hotel of Château-Thierry has matched your expectations. All our staff has been delighted to welcome you within our walls and remain at your disposal for any further reservation as we'd be happy to see you coming back again anytime soon. It is our pleasure that you recognize the value of our Ibis Budget brand for its price, although you seemed a bit disappointed by the size of the room. Rest assured you can order a bigger room anytime, or even ask to split your reservation since your grown-up daughter can enjoy a separate room while you enjoy the quietness of your own if need be. Otherwise our adjoined hotel Ibis, of the red brand, is indeed as you noticed a three-star one and could have offered you bigger accommodation for your stay as well. These are but options you could consider when returning to our lovely town. We are pleased to know you managed to find our nearby restaurants at your convenience and would also like to thank you for taking time to share your lovely experience online.
