On arrival we were allocated a room With bunk beds, it was tiny and absolutely freezing. Spoke to reception who swapped us to a family room. Very clean, good facilities in room. Wash room was too small to dress in, toilet even smaller. Myself and my 13 year old daughter went down for breakfast on day 1. 19 euros for stale bread, and attitude from the staff. Pancake machine empty, Nutella empty, bread stale and not re filled, when asking the staff to rectify these, I was met with sighs and rolling eyes. A very negative stay.

Honestly the hotel couldn’t have done enough for us it was amazing so good for the kids breakfast was okay but the kids loved the pancakes everything was nice and clean stayed in room 114 and was great! Free shuttle bus opposite the hotel was great to I can’t fault the hotel!

Arrived by Urber from OLY airport for around £50. Checked in with no problems and paid hotel fees. The Reception area was decorated for Halloween which my Grandaughter loved. It had a few playing area for kids and the football game went down a treat. The hotel could do with 2 of these as very popular with the kids. As you walk to your apartment wear and tear is visible but l think this is due to the volume of footfall. Our apartment was tiny for a party of 4, but just somewhere to sleep and cook. As the kitchenette appreciated as Husband fussy eater. We are here for 4 nights and you have to pay for clean towels so making do. Apartment basic but once again somewhere to sleep and cook as visiting Disneyland Paris and doing tour of Paris. Free shuttle nearby to Disneyland Park return but a Urber costed less than £10 there and same amount back. There is a Big Shopping Mall less than 5 minutes walk across the road and at the end of the Shopping Mall a extremely large supermarket called Ruchan. It is absolutely fabulous and we bought all our food and alcohol at a very reasonable price and far cheaper than UK

Very nice room great location. The only problem i had was one of the staff members asked me did I take something the night before and not pay for it. He said it happened at half 12 at night but I was in bed for half 9. I said no and paid as I was put on the spot. I went back later and said I took nothing and he didn't apologise. He gave me refund of the 10 euro. When I was leaving the staff stopped me and said the man in reception sent me back 100 euro instead of 10er which I found strange. This only happened yesterday so waiting for money to be put back in my account. Lovely room but didn't like getting accused of stealing and am waiting for my 90 euro refund that they charged me today saying that the man in reception refunded me 100 the day before by accident. Strange but lovely room and great location

Good stopover for one night before going to Disney Nice and clean but a little tired Need more staff on reception poor guy was rushed off his feet dealing with check ins and leaving to open luggage storage for guests please employ more staff
