The staff were well-trained, friendly, responsive and helpful. The hotel itself is new and clean, which made for a comfortable environment. I enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a variety of options to start the day. Besides, it is conveniently situated with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. However, there were a few aspects that need improvement. Firstly, the internet connection was slow, which made it challenging to stay connected. Additionally, the air conditioning unit in my room was quite noisy, disrupting my sleep at times. Lastly, I found the lack of a proper desk and chair in my room to be inconvenient as I need to work during my stay. Perhaps next time I should request a room with desk and chair.

I had a wonderful four-night stay at Novotel. The location was perfect and within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. The hotel was clean, modern, and staffed by friendly, welcoming people. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent, and the pool and gym were impressive as well. I’d definitely return!

Good location, super weird toilet situation

Staff were amazing. Food was excellent. Toilet/ bathroom was not separated from the bed. Odd sleeping next to the sink. Terrible if you have top share a room even if its your spouse. Thankfully i was alone.
