Got a room upgrade which was very pleasant to start off the stay. As usual, meeting staff that I had interacted with during my previous stays was warm as they recognized me as well. Very friendly front desk staffs that is always available for help with any queries. Especially Natalie, Monika and Sopheap. They make us feel very welcome and at home. The staffs at the Makila Restaurant are also very good especially the manage Monkhitar (might have spelled her name wrong). The stags at Above Eleven are also very very good. From my 3 nights stay here at this hotel, and although the hotel cleanliness and location is a plus, it’s the staffs that made our stay very enjoyable and would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Phnom Penh.
