Poor Service and Unacceptable Stay Experience

Stayed at Novotel InfoPark Kochi for 5 nights and the experience was extremely disappointing. • Housekeeping was very poor – despite requesting room cleaning at 12 PM, the room was not cleaned at all. Used plates kept in the lobby in the morning were still lying there even at 8 PM. • Food quality was bad, and room service was painfully slow. On one occasion, it took almost 2 hours for food to be delivered. • Front desk staff is not properly trained, especially Nitish Srivastava (night shift). He was rude, did not listen to concerns, and refused to connect us to a supervisor when requested. • Checkout experience was terrible – I checked out at 5 AM, the invoice was not generated properly. I was assured it would be emailed by 10 AM, but there has been no response even after that.

Chambre avec un Bon rapport qualité prix, le bar est sympathique avec une ambiance cosy et une possibilité de manger sur le pouce. Cependant attention la nourriture n’est pas de super qualité pour le prix, un peu sec à mon gout, mais vous avez des restaurants accessibles à pied aux alentours.

Wir haben einen kurzen Familienurlaub mit den Kindern in Kochi hier verbracht und dabei den Hotelaufenthalt sehr genossen! Moderne, saubere und angenehme Zimmer! Service und Personal waren außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit und sind mehrfach auch die „Extra-Meile“ für uns gegangen; vor allem Suchi vom Empfang! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación, está un poco descuidado por ejemplo llovió fuerte y se metió el agua al restaurante, el pasillo del piso 1 huele como a viejo, el cuarto tenía un olor como a qué el aire acondicionado tiene mucho tiempo sin un mantenimiento adecuado, a pesar de eso la experiencia fue inmejorable, el staff de meseros se lo desean muchos restaurantes de mayor categoría, esos muchachos personifican lo que es un excelente servicio al cliente, además de ser muy agradables, siempre sonrientes, atentos y sumamente educados. Me hospedé por 18 días y me sentí en casa, éstos muchachos hicieron la diferencia. Ojalá la gerencia valore muy bien ese talento tan valioso que tiene y se les recompense su excelente trabajo y servicio.
