The hotel is beautiful and the rooms have breathtaking views. Location wise you are situated right next to the Lotte Tower, Lotte World Mall, and Lotte Department Store. You have some fantastic restaurants within the vicinity, our favourite was The Italian Club. While navigating the hotel's lifts can be confusing, once settled in, it offers a delightful urban retrea

The service was excellent especially the check-in process! Shout out Mr. Donny for your lovely servicing!! I couldn't expected himself to deliver our luggage to room, also so kind! By the way, lifts were quite confusing at the first since doesn't have direct lift from room to ground floor. But can be used to after kind advice from staffs. Also can enjoy beautiful lakeside just in front of this hotel.

Small hiccup during checkout and accor points but great stay nonetheless

Overall was very good with exceptional quality and service, just that with some small hiccups like during checkout I had 5 luggage items and requested help from my room but no one came (but it was peak checkout time so I understand) To apologise for my inconvenience, they helped me with my luggage thereafter, and also gave me a gift , so at least theres that. Also in particular Eileen Kim is the frontdesk staff that was the most helpful during my frustration and understood where I was coming from and helped to calm me down. She also provided me with a clear answer and solution to my missing accor points for this booking (whereas the staff and staff managers on duty on 26th March night were not helpful at all and said I cannot get points despite booking a room where it is explicitly stated that points can be accumulated). Hence I want to commend Eileen Kim as an exceptional staff and thank her for her help that saved the hotel’s reputation for me.

Good for Business and Efficient

This hotel besides being well located is well appointed. The room was immaculate and the bed and pillows as I requested and very comfortable. The room was a tad cool despite changes to the temperature on the aircon panel. The Shower was very comfortable rain type. The hotels restaurants are good and the food very authentic whether you want something French or Asian. All in a all a good business hotel.

Moreover, we have many dining venues not to be missed! Hope you fully enjoyed our delightful, unique menus only available at Sofitel Seoul which is a joint of the French touch and Korean food. Next time of your visit, I would highly recommend to visit our , the weekend buffet, where our chef Mikael has put more color in the French taste at our chic bistro restaurant, Fait Maison. 3rd time with Sofitel and it felt like I’ve been staying with you guys for ages! As usual standard has been of the highest and I must say it was great seeing familiar faces once again ;) Flora and Helia over at concierge was always forthcoming and sincere. Full of zest and always ready to help! A rarity I must say and I can ready see that they were both enjoying what they’ve been doing. Well done to the both of you ;) Irene and Gwen over at front desk was at their usual best as well. Was really nice to see them coming all the way to club millesime just to say hello to me on my very first night during cocktail hour! What a way to start my trip! Thank you again Gwen and Irene ;) Club millesime with Joo and the rest of his team were awesome too. Special shout-out to Ava and Aaron! Thanks for everything and remembering me thru out my time at the club. Was glad to be to be able to have small talk with you guys. I would like to thank woody for listening to me about my nightmare with hotel naru on my birthday trip last year to seoul too. Thanks Woody. Earful I’m sure! Last but not least there’s this lady over at breakfast who always remember my “fav seat” thank you so much again as I didn’t get your name (She’s always at counter during breakfast) As a very frequent traveller I’ve been to countless hotel for both work and leisure and Sofitel seoul will always be my no.1 in years to come! And that being said I’ve decided to change my plans from dubai to seoul for my birthday trip this coming Oct! ;) Thank you thank you once again Sofitel seoul and I’ll see you guys again real soon in Oct!
