Novotel Gangnam's all staffs were very kind and professional. I was very impressed when I checked in with Jeanny(Jenny, Jiny, 지니). She was one of the best hotel professionals I ever met in my life. Room was very good. I could see the beautiful night city from 15th floor. Breakfast also was very good.

This is the best place to stay, its amazing, the staff is literally the best staff i have ever met in a hotel. And i travelled alot. They are so kind, so welcoming, and the rooms are amazing, aswell as the location! Aron and Violet and aron are the best staff there!!!!
