Nice spacious rooms with good wiews. Excellent location, Manu attractions on walking siatance. Delicious and wide range of choises served on breakfast. Very friendly and helpfull staff. Great outside swimming pool area with different kind of pools.

The rooms are quiet and fully renovated- tasteful and elegant. Large gym and free indoor pool. Staff were extremely polite and professional. There is a public bathhouse available for a charge -and outdoor pool is also charged. Some people complain about this but bathhouses are not normal in hotels so is lovely to be able to use one for a small fee !

During our first day in Seoul at The Ambassador Pullman, we were greeted by Owen. Owen was very kind and helpful throughout checking in, letting us know about the hotel services that would make our experience even better. Additionally, Owen recommended us a yummy restaurant nearby that met our craving, going the extra step to provide a reservation for us. Owen is very welcoming and accommodating to our needs, making our stay at The Ambassador very enjoyable, convenient, and comfortable :-)

Kevin and Emma in the Executive Lunge could not have not been more helpful. Both were really kind, caring and professional and certainly a great representation of a quality hotel. 와 정말 너무 좋아요.. 일단 들어오자마자 커튼 열리면서 보이는 남산뷰가 정말 미쳤구요.. 룸이 큰데 예쁘고 고급져요.. 룸과 화장실 모두 엄청 깨끗한 건 두말할 것도 없구요.. 실내수영장 야외수영장 스파에 헬스장에 라운지와 여러개의 식당까지.. 풀만 유명하다고만 들었지 이렇게 좋을줄은 몰랐네요!! 🫶🏻🫶🏻 It is a really nice hotel. Luxurious interior design, clean room condition, cozy bed and sofa, and various restaurants and amenities. The location is also close to Myeongdong, making it convenient for foreigners to use. I really recommend this hotel!❤️
