Unser Aufenthalt im Sofitel Ambassador Seoul Hotel & Serviced Residences hat uns hervorragend gefallen. Der Empfang war freundlich und bei benötigter Hilfe jederzeit sehr hilfsbereit. Die Concierge-Mitarbeiter möchten wir besonders loben, da sie zu jeder Zeit alle Wünsche erfüllt haben. Die Zimmer waren sauber und wurden täglich vorbildlich gereinigt. Auch das Frühstück möchten wir hervorheben, da es keine Wünsche offenließ und wirklich jeder etwas nach seinem Geschmack finden konnte. Zudem sind die gute Lage sowie die hervorragende Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ein großer Pluspunkt. Was uns allerdings überhaupt nicht gefallen hat, war die sehr laute und störende Musik beim Frühstück. Diese sollte unbedingt geändert oder zumindest deutlich leiser gestellt werden. Ansonsten war der Aufenthalt perfekt und wir würden das Hotel bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt in Seoul definitiv erneut buchen.
