Angsana Lang Co Vietnam

This hotel is very nice, and in many areas extremely impressive. The swimming pools are huge and out of this world. The service is great - with all staff being friendly and super helpful. The gardens are well maintained and the hotel is in an exceptional location - being part of the private Laguna complex. The rooms are also huge. It also has a few rough edges.. the decor has seen better days. Breakfast - while extensive - wasn't as delicious as some of the breakfasts we had in smaller hotels. The quality of the food in the restaurants was good, but not exceptional (and it has a fairly exceptional price, for Vietnam). We had a wonderful couple of days here, but I had just expected a bit more of an edge to the property - given how glowing all the reviews are, and it was substantially more expensive than other nearby properties. So a solid 4/5 for me.

We had such a great time at Angsana Lăng Cô. The resort is beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by nature. The staff were super friendly and helpful, always making us feel welcome. Our room was clean, spacious, and had a lovely pool. Breakfast was delicious with lots of variety. We also enjoyed the spa and some fun activities during our stay. Overall, it was a relaxing and memorable experience. We’d love to come back again!

We spent a total of 2 weeks at the resort and we really enjoyed our time at Angsana. Our room as clean and spacious. Our private plunge pool has such a treat in hot days. The bed was comfortable and the pillow sleeping pillows soft and downy just as I like them. The pool and gardens were lovely and relaxing and there tons of cultural and sports activities to enjoy in all kinds of weather. Extra special luxury touches put Banyan resorts a cut above for us and there were many such as different incense and scented oil diffuser aroma every day, fresh fruits regularly, and wonderful bath salts made the spa-like experience complete. All the facilities were lovely and nice but pales in comparison to the kindness and generosity of the staff...The wonderful staff made our stay extra special and it is because them that we would happily.return! Although everyone was great and I want to thank them all, here are some stand outs for special thanks!! Tu in the Rice Bar was absolutely outstanding in her service and professionalism, she made every meal feel special! Because of Tu's exceptional service we ate nearly every day for our two weeks in the Rice Bar. ;-))) Thank you Tu!! 🙏 Manager Nam was very pleasant and cordial and managed his staff well, especially those that seemed new or unsure. Be and Hien Bach in Guest Services were so very wonderful in making sure all our needs and requests were met. Be especially went above and beyond to ensure we had the most positive personalized stay possible! 🙏🪷 Huy & Hien in crafts were so kind and very, very patient, they helped us create unique souvenirs that also deepened our appreciation for Vietnamese culture. In their role as lifeguards they were professional, skilled and made us feel safe.🤩 Ngoc, Thong, Kien, Huy, Hoai at breakfast made waking up and starting the day more enjoyable than I would have imagined. Their smiles, kindness and gentle conversation made for the best kind of morning! 😉 Sara and Lydia in the spa gave me wonderful treatments, I especially enjoyed my Angsana massages from both ladies. Peggy in the spa reception was very informative and helped us understand the selections and make appropriate choices.🪷🪷

What an incredible stay. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like family. A huge thank you to Be, Y, Phuc, Hienn, the bell men, and the amazing buffet crew who made every morning feel special, especially the team who kept pouring champagne for Dad. The restaurant staff were just as fantastic, always checking in, remembering what we liked, and making sure we were more than comfortable. The attention to detail was unmatched. We have stayed at many luxury resorts, some double the price, but nothing compares to the genuine care and warmth we experienced here. Our two-bedroom beachfront villa with a private pool was absolute bliss, with stunning views and total privacy. There were so many fun activities on offer that even on the one rainy day, we still had an absolute ball. The massages were also amazing, so relaxing and professional. We will definitely be back. We came as strangers and left as family!

Very high quality holiday resort with multiple pools. We stayed in a private pool room which would highly recommend, consisted of three story apartments with pool on top living muddle and bedrooms at bottom. Only issue so far from anywhere else had to eat at restaurants at complex which weren’t cheap. Beautiful location also took security deposit which equated to half accomodation cost and when checked out have to wait 14 days for refund.
