I would like to thank the hotel for a wonderful and hospitable stay during my recent visit at Pullman Danang. In addition, I want to give special mention to the Guest Services team and specifically Evie for her patience, friendliness and being so pleasant and welcoming to me. Together with her and two other colleagues, they helped brainstorm on a supermarket that I could visit to buy something. Furthermore, she kindly explained what had happened when I could not open the safe in my room too without making me feel guilty. The level of service I received was commendable. Overall, I am so grateful for having stayed at this hotel especially as a solo female traveller, where I can appreciate the little details of the operations - from knowing my name (Daisy, the Assistant Manager of F&B came to apologise for something at breakfast) to the security especially at night. I am looking forward to staying in the hotel again as well as explore the other Accor hotels. Thank you, once again.
