We had a fantastic five day stay at the Banyan Tree Lang Co. The villa was beautiful, the hospitality top class and we were very well looked after by our villa hosts - Phung and Tuan. The small special touch in every day things made our trip memorable. The restaurants serve delicious local and international food. The water sports add an extra kick to the entire experience

Dear Banyan Tree Lang Co Team, we would like to take this opportunity to thank all employees for looking after us so dearly. You all made sure that we were able to experience a truly unforgettable holiday. Already our arrival was really cordial and we felt immediately welcomed. Our villa with the view of the lagoon was simply magical and we enjoyed every moment there listening to and watching all kinds of beautiful birds. We would have appreciated it very much if there had been binoculars in the villa to watch all the amazing birds there and a plan with all the pictures and names on it. Our villa hosts Mi and Yen looked after us tremendously well and tried to fulfill every wish and surprised us regularly. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making our stay so special! Our Spa treatments have also been absolutely fabulous and I want to thank Pearly for making me feel so wonderfully relaxed! We also really enjoyed dinners in all three restaurants even though I have to say that eating at Safron restaurant was very special. What we did miss was some more international cuisine as you only offer a Thai restaurant, a Vietnamese restaurant and an Italian restaurant. We would have appreciated some Burgers, Sandwiches, Steaks, etc. All ins all it was a fantastic holiday for us seeking absolute peace and relaxation. The hotel is excellent,great service in particular from our villa host Mi Tran. The location is great the food is really good, you can also use the Angsana Laguna restaurants. The villas are lovely and huge and all the staff are so friendly and helpful, they can't do enough for you!

We stayed at the Hill Pool Villa as part of our honeymoon, and it was nothing short of perfect. The view from our villa was absolutely stunning. The service throughout the resort was exceptional, from check-in to farewell. Every staff member we encountered was genuinely kind, attentive, and professional, making us feel truly cared for. The food was fantastic across the board. Breakfast stood out especially — the Vietnamese specialties were the most authentic and flavorful we’ve had in any hotel during our travels in Vietnam. The on-site Thai restaurant also delivered a real dining experience, both in atmosphere and taste. An unforgettable stay! we couldn’t have wished for more! The resort is part of the Angsana Complex with several various good restaurants, golf course as well as all kinds of activation and wellness facilities. It has a beautiful setting, and a tropical feel of secluded location, yet still close enough to urban areas – only a short drive away. On each stay, we have grown fonder with the place, let alone the always helpful and smiling staff, who keenly try to help, and be of any assistance if needed. Suffice to say; the people at Banyan Tree very much make our stay at the resort to a wholesome experience for us. Our host: Mrs. Bich which we had the pleasure with all three years, has become more of a very good friend to us. We have shared many enjoyable moments with her and her lovely family both at the resort, as well as outside the resort. Ms. Bich is a lovely person and character; she’s very service minded, answers to all our request no matter the quest or the hour, she has a very good sense of humor and always loves a good laugh. Mr. Thien, who’s tending the bar “Thu Quan”, is another character we have known for three years. He has become a very competent creator of a great variety of cocktails, using local and conventional spirits infused with local herbs, some added extra umami, such as soya, chili and even shrimp salt. Mr. Thien experiments with many different herbs, spices and fruits to flavor and infuse the spirits; thus, some very tasty cocktails appear on the menu. He is quite competent and has a very good eye to which flavors works well together. Cocktails ranging from light fresh cooling cocktails that goes straight down after a long hot day at the beach, and cocktails with depth and taste you would picture yourself with in a cozy sofa, after a good meal and in front of a warming fire – and a lot of cocktails in between, that unfortunately, we didn’t had time to taste them all. Noteworthy is also the always elegantly dressed resort manager Mrs. Dao, who loves to drop by our breakfast table for a cheerful chat, and with a genuine interest in our wellbeing. Mrs. Dao loves a good laugh as well, so we also love to chat with Mrs. Dao. A quick mention goes for Hai from the morning breakfast team, who beside from tending us with breakfast and perfect eggs, certainly impressed us with a side of creativity making decorations using various materials and placing them at our table or in our room, and which now adorn at our home sideboard. A big thanks to all other staff members not mentioned here – your contribution counts a lot for us and our stay.
