I had an enjoyable stay, the staff were friendly and there were many complementary activities (sports, craft) for us to do! The chef at Water Court (Nho) also specially prepared Vietnamese pancake and introduced Vietnamese culture to us.

The dinner is amazing . The waiter Hieu is absolutely friendly and helpful . 5 stars service for sure . Would definitely come back again

What a great experience. We came here for breakfast twice and each time chef Nho and her team made the best breakfast spreads. Truly an incredible time. There are so many options to choose from all around the world. My cousin is vegetation and the team made sure he had plenty of options. The food was all freshly made and the service was excellent. Would recommend 5/5

This was my first time staying at a Banyan Tree property, and I chose it because of its recent 2 Michelin key rating. The pool villas are extremely well-appointed and beautifully designed - the only drawback was that the villas with the best views are set the farthest from the main resort facilities, so you are reliant on buggies whenever you want to go to the restaurant/gym/spa. The highlights of my stay were the spa (treatment with Dalisa) and the tour of Hue the resort coordinated. My guide in Hue, Hung, was the gold standard for a guide - *extremely* knowledgeable. My villa host Jennie was also very helpful and responsive. I would love to come back in the right season (the weather in the rainy season in Central Vietnam is really, really, really bad). It’s a testament to the quality of the resort and staff that I had such a positive experience despite the constant rain.

This is truly a classy hotel. My company booked me here. Surprisingly, it was very nice. The breakfast was delicious and I would like to thank a staff member whose name I don't remember who assisted me very thoughtfully. Next time I return to Hue, I will definitely come back here again.
