在数月前我们在杭州西溪濕地公园的悦榕庄渡過了五天充满秋色的时光。上星期我们带同家人重回这悦榕庄又過了六天充满江南春光的日子。 这悦榕庄的江南园林景观, 超大（120平）舒适的套房, 所有圆工親切的服务态度，是我们在杭州不二之选！ 好像湖光閣歺厅的刘莉，这次回来，她一眼就认出我们了, 每天很好地安排我们早歺的位置及饮料，非常感谢！ 这次再来，我们嘗试了從酒店碼頭坐船直入無其他遊客到的西溪湿地，晨早在露台上跟小松鼠打招呼，早歺前入湿地公园早操，和鸭子们一起吃早歺 … 很好的記憶！ 還有要感谢Rilla給我们预訂房间，很好的安排。感謝禮宾部的蔣元外给我们安排摇橹船，訂歺厅，駕高球車送我们到濕地博物馆 ！

In-villa bbq dinner impressed our guests

We booked a water terrace suite but they upgraded us to a water view villa, I think it might be because I booked the in-villa bbq dining which was great especially when you’re inviting guests over. The bbq dinner with a private chef and waiter, they had 2 options ¥688 for normal menu and ¥1088 for seafood menu, we had 2 of each which was more than enough to feed 4 adults and 2 children. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the breakfast was very disappointing, I didn’t feel like it was Banyan tree level and also, the plants by the lake were not groomed, only the main areas of the hotel were well maintained.

I stayed here two days with my family. The staff did leave a deep impression to me for their hospitality, patient and willingness to help. I really enjoy the kindness of Neil Lv and the smile of Tako Huang, for making my first stay in Banyan Tree brand comfortable, arranged, and delightful. Though the hotel is under maintenance, the team has kept everything in its place. It is a great oppurtunity to immerse myself into the leisure time, since the signature landscape is there as usual, and the vila sends out the classical refined breath everywhere. It has been my first choice in Xixi wetlands park.

En entrant dans l’hôtel, on se retrouve dans un lieu de calme et sérénité, au cœur d’un village chinois magnifique entouré par des canaux typique de cette région. Inoubliable. On peut se balader dans les ruelles de l’hôtel comme on se baladerait en visite dans un village touristique chinois, mais la tranquillité en plus. Les chambres sont magnifiques, spacieuses, très bien équipées. Le service est de bonne qualité mais on ressent surtout l’envie de faire plaisir aux résidents et c’est touchant. D’ailleurs, avec un vol arrivant de bonne heure, on m’a surclassé pour que je puisse rentrer dans la chambre le plus tôt possible et cela gratuitement ! Merci beaucoup, je n’irai plus chercher nulle part ailleurs à Hangzhou.

Cplnimes En couple - Avis TripAdvisor

Nous aimons la chaine Banyan Tree en général (Lijiang, Bintan...) mais cette fois ci nous avons été déçus, notamment par l'emplacement éloigné de tout...et la restauration vraiment pas terrible. Si c'était à refaire nous choisrions plutot l'hotel Aman à Hangzhou..
