A wonderful experience - spacious rooms, delicious breakfast and dinner meals and caring and thoughtful staff. Whenever we needed something we contacted the staff via WhatsApp and they would attend immediately. A big thank you to Marlina who looked after us every day at breakfast.

Every time we return to Banyan Tree Bintan, the housekeeping team never ceases to impress us. Their dedication and attention to detail have consistently made our stay incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. I’d like to take a moment to express my heartfelt appreciation and give a big shout-out to a few individuals who have truly gone above and beyond—P. Lilik, P. Adi, and P. Fitdaus. These remarkable team members have made such a positive impact on our experience. Their friendliness, professionalism, and genuine warmth never go unnoticed. Whether it’s the extra care they take to ensure our room feels like a sanctuary or the little thoughtful touches they add, they truly go the extra mile to make each visit special. It’s people like them who embody the heart of Banyan Tree’s exceptional hospitality. Their welcoming smiles and eagerness to assist have turned our trips into cherished memories. I organised a surprise birthday dinner for my fiancé at the Tree Top destination dinning - The Reflection. Food by Chef Luki was excellent and service by Haryono was superb. It was an amazing experience. Breakfast service by Marlina & team at Tree Top was excellent. Staff at Cassia were extremely polite, friendly and always ready to serve with a smile. Waiters Eric, Wan Wan, and rest of the team were so courteous, friendly and quick with their service. Cassia’s lobby team Roger & the rest were very helpful. Overall, our 10 days stay at Cassia, dinner at Banyan was relaxing and delightful. We plan to be back again.

Our Blue Moon destination dining experience at Banyan Tree Bintan was pure magic! The glowing blue lantern illuminated a romantic, private setting adorned with elegant yellow flower arrangements, creating a picture-perfect ambiance. Sudarsono provided exceptional, attentive service that made us feel truly pampered. Chef Hadi’s culinary artistry shone through in every dish—the prawn, fish, and chicken were exquisitely cooked, bursting with flavors that delighted our palates. Every detail, from the stunning decor to the flawless service and world-class food, made this an unforgettable evening. A true masterpiece of dining in front of the infinity pool, under the stars—-this is an experience not to be missed

Really enjoyed our stay here at Banyan Tree Bintan. Great view, spacious rooms, and great amenities. The rooms and pool have an open view to the south China Sea, with calming wave accompanied by sounds of nature. Rooms come equipped with complete set of toiletries, bathrobe and slippers (for beach and in-room use). Insect repellant lotion and mosquito coils are made available for our comfort to soak in the nature without worries of mosquito. The resort also has great service staff from reception to housekeeping and every staff we can see in the resort area. The Housekeeping team did a great job in maintaining the cleanliness of our villa everyday and turning the bed down for the nights. Special thanks to Lilik, David, Daus, Wendy from the housekeeping team for a very pleasant surprise on our last night of stay with a wonderful display of swan and flowers as we returned from dinner! Special commend to Josep from the Reception too who attended to us during our check-in and for providing great service to us throughout our stay. He can be trusted upon to get things done professionally :) Many thanks to other Reception staff too including Fadel & Joseph. Check-out process was a breeze too, thanks to Rizan who was patient and clear in explaining about some resort membership benefits to us. Will definitely come back to stay again!
