Cassia Bintan is an amazing getaway destination! The resort is absolutely stunning, with beautifully designed rooms that are both modern and cozy. Everything was immaculately clean, which made our stay even more comfortable. The beach is breathtaking – pristine, serene, and perfect for relaxation or a leisurely stroll. It’s a true tropical paradise! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going out of their way to ensure we had a fantastic stay. Their warm hospitality truly made the experience special. If you’re looking for a peaceful escape with gorgeous views and top-notch service, Cassia Bintan is the perfect choice. Highly recommended!

It was our first time at Cassia Resort and we booked it based on the past reviews, photos of the property and the “newness” of the resort. Our family of 5 stayed in the Garden Loft rooms which was modern and well equipped with kitchenette, an ensuite and a shared bathroom. A short walk to the beach which was right in front of the lobby. What impressed us most was sincere warmth and hospitality of ALL the staff we encountered. Transport - Fendi Check in - Berliana Beach Bar - Erik e bartender Lotus breakfast - ARM Firdaus, Wiwik & Ratna Tree top - Ronal & Shinta Executive Secretary - Taysa Asst Front Desk Manager - Kris All of them were attentive & took care of our needs and requests. The beach was very clean and well maintained. We will definitely come back next season & recommend this property to our family & friends.

Kudos to the breakfast crew at Lotus Cafe. A big shout-out to Afida, Nadya, Dewi, Ratna, Jonson and Erna. You guys made us feel our stay like our second home. And made this place so memorable and wonderful. Keep up the great work and warm hospitality !

I love to stay in Cassia, we have o time to stay in the room, coz they have a lot of free and chargeable activities Checkin process was fast, room was nice, got kitchen with complete cooking equipments Every morning, we enjoy outdoor gym, walk at the white sand and clean beach (they do regularly and daily cleaning) also swim in the ocean and pool in the afternoon We enjoy breakfast at Lotus restaurant of Angsana hotel, a lot of variance of foods, they even have Indomie station which is quite popular. I experienced activities that I've never done before, archery, air riffle shoot and Kayak. The staff at those activities are very helpful and they ensure we are safe. Especially during Kayak, the life guard monitoring us in distance, it's make me feel safe and would like to practice it. We also enjoy our treatment in Angsana spa, it's walking distance from Cassia. Food at Vista restaurant also delicious and big portion Our 3 nights and 4 days experience was remarkable. I met attentive, friendly, encourage and helpful staff. Therefore, I would. Like to thank you for their awesome service, Tiara David Ana from FO, Rio Yugo Hana Erni Virgi Bagas from restaurants, Ika Wahyu Anto also Kayak life guard from all activities that we joins, Ellen Tati from spa and housekeeping team who make sure our room is clean

Fantastic view, very relaxing trip. Kids enjoyed the Kid's Club activities and the adults took a slow walk along the beach enjoying the sea breeze while watching the sun set. I spent half my time at the swimming pool. Kudos to the friendly staff!
