If you are looking for a place where luxury meets genuine hospitality, this is it. We left feeling completely recharged and are already looking at dates to return next year☺️ A big thanks to Ana and Rafi for their helpful support during check-in and check-out. They always greet with a smile.

Always a pleasant stay at Cassia, especially given the kitchen facilities. Great service by staff including Hana. That said, will be better if the food selection at Xana Beach Club's buffet can be improved!

This has been our 4th stay at Cassia and as usual, everything is great. Perfect vibe, nice pool, friendly staff, great place. Rafi was our checkout receptionist and he processed everything smoothly!

Our travel agent suggested Bintan Island would be a nice relaxing place to stay for a few days after 6 hectic weeks travelling around Australia. He wasn’t wrong! We had already spent a week in Singapore on our way TO Australia (loved it!) and we didn’t mind flying back there to get a ferry over to Bintan which is officially in Indonesia (meaning we could tick off another new country!) The Cassia Bintan and wider complex is excellent. There’s a great choice of food in the resort. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The only ‘issue’ we had was with the weather but that was our own fault. If we had done our research properly we would have realised that it was the monsoon season when we arrived! We did get some sunshine though so not all bad. We would most definitely recommend Bintan as an alternative to a city break for anyone wanting to wind down after a long trip to Australia or similar. Just check the weather forecast before you make a decision! 😂
