This certainly isn’t the experience we aim to provide. We are truly sorry for the noise disturbance, room condition, and air conditioning issue you encountered in Room 802. This is certainly not the level of comfort or service we strive to provide. We’re glad to know you found our rooms spacious and appreciated the cleanliness provided by our housekeeping team. However, we sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered, including the room layout, non-functional mini fridge, and water leakage. Please rest assured that our engineering team has been informed to address these matters immediately. We’re also sorry to hear that your breakfast experience and interaction with our restaurant team did not meet expectations. Your feedback regarding food variety, replenishment timing, and service quality has been shared with our F&B team for further review and improvement. Regarding the swimming pool, we appreciate your observation.
